We test drove the vehicle we wanted, but the dealer did not have the color. I spoke with one of the owners (Brian) and he went out of his way to not only find the vehicle for us, but had it delivered to the dealership the next day and it was in my driveway by 4:00pm that day. Easiest and fastest deal I have ever made with any dealership and I have purchased more than 10 new cars in my time. The price was right and the trade in we received was right were all the on line services said it should be. Great job guys!!!! More

I work i My experience at anchor Subaru was quick, easy, and simple. I applied on Sunday for my first ever car loan (I've had five beaters) with bill. I work in the banking industry, which is very competitive and based off of sales, so I know all about the sale person work life. Not once did I feel like bill was trying to sell something. He knew that I needed a car, and he wanted to help. Since Sunday most banks are closed, and that Monday was Labor Day, him and the finance guy, Paul, told me they'd reach out to me on Tuesday to keep me posted. They both called me before 12pm on Tuesday, I didn't have to sit by the phone waiting, wondering if they forgot. I took the car home Wednesday! When you do something for the first time, like buying a car, and they make you feel at ease like that, it makes you want to go back to that dealer specifically in the future. We will be coming back after this winter to buy a new Subaru !!! More

Today is the day that I sign the papers on and drive home my incredible, brand new Subaru Forester. Two months ago, I never believed that I would or could ever feel this way about driving again. In June, I was in a terrifying car accident which left me bedridden and petrified of anything vehicular. As I slowly gained my courage to rejoin the automotive world, I was greeted by greedy and rude salesman who were eager to prey upon my current predicament. Amongst all the annoyance and anxiety of car shopping came Ali, a man as kind and hardworking as they come. I can tell you with all sincerity, I am no easy customer. Ali handled every quirk, question and qualm with a smile, informative response, and comforting laughter. He didn't spend all his time convincing me that he and his dealership are honest, dependable, and not at all pushy, he just IS all those things. I never once felt stressed, rushed, uncomfortable or experienced anything negative as I had at other dealerships. Ali never once judged me for my non-traditional appearance or questioned my ability to afford certain vehicles as other places had. He spent a great deal of time with me over multiple days in order to help me find the perfect vehicle. We pushed every button, opened every door, read every window sticker and walked every inch of the enormous property. When my stubborn self STILL couldn't find the perfect vehicle, Ali went out of his way to hunt down exactly what I desired. On top of that, every single time I called Ali with a question or, like the crazy person I am, stopped by the dealership to once again look at vehicles, there he was! He's so good with his customers he even came running to find me when he saw my car in the parking lot. Ali showed me around the entire dealership and introduced to me to as many people as we passed. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, happy and informative. Anchor Subaru is gorgeous, pristine, bright, immaculate, and dog friendly with positive vibes and free snacks!! What more could a girl ask for?! I can't thank you enough. I look forward to doing all of my future business and services with you! Also! Tim and Paul are the greatest!!! He was very patient with me, especially since this was my first dealership bought vehicle. Very pleased and happy on how they handled it. Very kind and understanding employees! More
