Since I bought the car, he has taken the time to follow up on how I'm doing with the Impreza plus he is very good/quick about getting the answers to my questions that he might not know right off the top of his head. Buyer Beware I should have looked at the reviews on Yelp before I purchased. Poor communication, no follow through and rude sales manager. Many similar stories on other rating sites.Most never resulted in a sale so they never got the chance to review through this website. I have never written a bad review for anyone in my life, but this case it warranted it. Something is definitely wrong here. Anchor took my payment in full for the new car ( which was posted to their account immediately as verified by my bank) and held my money. Nearly a week later had failed to register my car and could not give me a clear reason why they had not. They had my cash and I had no car. Many stories about why I could not pick it up. Stories kept changing. When I told them I then wanted my money back or would complain further, the Sales Manager told me to go ahead because they had a good reputation. Basically gave me a "tough luck" response. As a woman I felt the response was very unprofessional and disrespectful. Asked to speak with an owner several times because the website says if here ever is a problem they would help resolve it. No phone call, Finally got my money back. Went to another dealership, paid cash again and had the car within 2 days..... almost decided to go with another make of car but I like the Subaru brand. I would never recommend this dealership. More
