Truly Family Friendly My son bought a Subaru back in 2015. He recently had many problems with his car. Although my son is an adult, as a mother I was truly concerned. Overstepping my boundaries as mothers sometimes do, I contacted one of the owners. Owner Brian Benoit couldn’t have been kinder. Not only was he kind to me, he went above and beyond to ensure that my son’s car was repaired properly for a very reasonable price. Anchor Subaru truly stands by their Mission Statement. Happy Subaru Owner Outstanding facility and a very professional sales/service experience. I walked into Anchor Subaru and was not even in the market to buy a car, i was Outstanding facility and a very professional sales/service experience. I walked into Anchor Subaru and was not even in the market to buy a car, i was just getting my car serviced. I was greeted by Greg who directed me over to the service area but instead of making me walk out to the car to bring it in to the drive through that I didn't see he said he would be happy to drive it in for me. While I was having my car serviced I started to talk with Greg who show vast knowledge Subaru in general and showed me a new Outback compared to my old one. The next thing I knew I was test driving a brand new Outback and decided I wanted to upgrade to a new one. He had my old Subaru appraised at what I feel was fair and reasonable and got me into a brand new one. I was not charged for the service I had done and bye 11am I was driving away in my 2018 Outback. I was very impressed of Greg's thoroughness in explaining all the new features of my new outback and he even scheduled a follow up appointment to go over the car with me again and I plan to do that as there is a lot to know. Overall everyone in the dealership seemed happy and wanting to help and the straight forwardness and level of honesty was transparent. Thank you Greg and the rest of the team!!!!!!!! More

My new (my third) Impreza I'm very happy with my new Impreza, and with the service at Anchor Subaru. Bill Lee was very helpful in selling me the car, and so were all the othe I'm very happy with my new Impreza, and with the service at Anchor Subaru. I'd been there for service on my 2004 several times, and they did a very good job with ailments that were mysterious to me. Sean was great at explaining warranties and making me comfortable with the idea that Anchor would be there for me in the future. BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE I am in the military and was still overseas on a long-tour PCS'ing back to the States. I was utilizing the USAA car buying service shopping for a use I am in the military and was still overseas on a long-tour PCS'ing back to the States. I was utilizing the USAA car buying service shopping for a used WRX as I have owned two WRXs previously. Anchor Subaru did not come up through USAA; however I decided to comparison shop a new WRX since I am from the Anchor area. Joe Messina was fantastic and delivered an amazing over the internet price that was CHEAPER than some used WRXs I was looking at. I gave him a call from overseas, and he was simple brilliant and working through the process. We closed on the car while I was in Temporary Lodging in England. The day after I flew into Boston, I went to finish up signatures and pick-up the vehicle and Joe Messina arranged for Jorge Navarro to assist me. Mr. Navarro came in on his day off, and was one of the classiest, old-school gentleman that I have worked with in a long time. I forget the name of the F&I guy that I worked with (Mr. Travor?), he was new to Anchor about 6 weeks or so, but very familiar with USAA and was very professional. The entire experience was enjoyable; no haggling, no pressure, everyone listened, and willing to work with someone who needs a car, but was 3200 miles away. I will be buying my next WRX from Anchor. More
