As always our Anchor experience was perfect! We were in and out of the dealership in less than 3 hours. I think that is unheard of. Although I did know which vehicle we wanted. Bill had the car waiting for us when we arrived to test drive it. All of the staff is courteous and so helpful. My daughter purchased an Outback several years ago and has it serviced there. I am there to wait with her....beautiful new service area/lounge/service department. No one to help me I walked out I walked into Anchor Subaru and have been their before but this is the first time I wasn’t even greeted. I saw a bunch of what I think were sales peop I walked into Anchor Subaru and have been their before but this is the first time I wasn’t even greeted. I saw a bunch of what I think were sales people sitting at their desks but no one got up to even say Hi or welcome. I looked at a few Cars in the dealership and left. Ended up buying a car at Belize instead. Nice looking dealership but that’s about all. More
