Rude and arrogant Went in this week to test drive a crosstek and met with Sharr. He made me very uncomfortable the way he talked to me. Our salesman, Ben Rowan, went out of his way during a torrential downpour to show us some choices. We returned the next day & purchased our 1st Subaru. It is everything we wanted !! This was my falmies 5 th SUBARU. Bill Lee sold each and every one to me. He is knowledgeable and by this time knows exactly what I am looking for in a Subaru. As always our Anchor experience was perfect! We were in and out of the dealership in less than 3 hours. I think that is unheard of. Although I did know which vehicle we wanted. Bill had the car waiting for us when we arrived to test drive it. All of the staff is courteous and so helpful. Anchor and of course Bill are always accommodating and professional while making us feel “ at home”. As far as my family is concerned Anchoe Subaru is Perfection! THANK YOU AGAIN ANCHOR AND BILL LEE! Jorge is a very kind, knowledgeable, patient person. He made car shopping very easy and didn't try pressure me or constantly call me or try to talk me into anything like other car dealers currently do. Took Outback for a ride.......liked the color.......easy deal! We both knew there was going to be a sale.....so we made it a pleasant experience. Great deal...fabulous car...he knows all about Subaru features. The Manager greeted me as well, he recognized me from previous visits. My daughter purchased an Outback several years ago and has it serviced there. I am there to wait with her....beautiful new service area/lounge/service department. No one to help me I walked out I walked into Anchor Subaru and have been their before but this is the first time I wasn’t even greeted. I saw a bunch of what I think were sales peop I walked into Anchor Subaru and have been their before but this is the first time I wasn’t even greeted. I saw a bunch of what I think were sales people sitting at their desks but no one got up to even say Hi or welcome. I looked at a few Cars in the dealership and left. Ended up buying a car at Belize instead. Nice looking dealership but that’s about all. More
