I can say that I always had a reasonably good, better than average, experience with all of them. In early March I walked into Anchor Subaru looking to buy a new Subaru. This was also my first time visit to Anchor. Here is what I observed. #1) The place is spotless. The showroom, customer lounge, rest rooms and service area were all just perfect. To me, first impressions count and tell me a lot about a company. #2) I was greeted by a sales rep named Mohamed who was very cordial, attentive but not pushy and knowledgeable. I came to the decision that I would purchase a 2020 Outback Limited XT. I did extensive research on Subaru.com and had most of the information I needed. What information I missed on-line Mohamed explained perfectly to me and to the point. #3) The pricing and trade-in value I received was fair and honest. #4) That was it, I was sold. On pick up day all the sales paperwork was in order, the paperwork meeting with business manager Paul Zito went smoothly and timely. In short, my entire experience was excellent, from the time I walked into Anchor, to meeting sales manager Bob Volpi to the sales and selection process with Mohamed, to the business end with Paul Zito. The whole team could not have been more attentive and were just plain nice people! I love my new Outback and in all the years (50 plus years) I have been a car owner my Outback, by far, is one of the best, if not the best car in its class that I have ever driven and probably will ever own. If you are looking to buy a new Subaru from a dealer without hassles, pressure tactics and smoke and mirrors pricing gimmicks, Anchor is the place to go, Mohamed is the sales rep to work with as well as the rest of the team. More
This is the second time I’ve purchased from Anchor Subaru, and I’ve had two great experiences. Back in June of 2019, I worked with Jorge and Kelly to purchase my 2019 Subaru Forester. The process was Subaru, and I’ve had two great experiences. Back in June of 2019, I worked with Jorge and Kelly to purchase my 2019 Subaru Forester. The process was seamless, and they worked with me on a fair price for my budget. Unfortunately, I was rear ended in a car accident, and my car was totaled. When it came time to purchase another vehicle, I knew exactly where to go - back to Jorge at Anchor Subaru. This time, my husband and I opted for a used 2016 Subaru Forester as I am now 7 months pregnant and we needed something safe and reliable but wanted to lower our monthly payment. Jorge helped us find the perfect vehicle for us, made sure I was comfortable with the price, and even added an automatic starter and brand new tires for “the baby.” I’ve never felt so well taken care of, and it made a really stressful experience easy and painless. Thank you, Jorge for servicing my family TWICE with kindness, compassion and understanding. Hopefully we won’t have to purchase another Subaru for quite some time; but when we do, it’s back to Jorge we go!!! More

I worked with Jorge Navarro and Jean Jovin to get back into my own vehicle, and I could not have asked for a better car-buying experience. I was never pressured and all my questions were answered. They took care of everything I needed to get back on the road in a 2018 Legacy. Working with these gentlemen (and Anchor in general) was by far the smoothest and least-stressful part of dealing with the fallout of a car accident. I give this my highest recommendation. Thank you! They were booking out 6-8 weeks for routine service when I had called. So I called Anchor for servicing and found that they were more than eager to schedule timely appointments. Well, while waiting for my car for its oil change; I found an Outback in the showroom that I loved. I talked with Graham and within 45 minutes we came to an agreement and I purchased the car. Derek in the finance department was also great and went the extra mile to get me a lower interest rate. I have never had an easier car buying experience. More

The team at Anchor were very helpful, patient and honest. They met the deal I wanted. It was one of the best "buying a car" experiences I have ever had, and I have had many. The best and most positive experience with a dealership yet! I showed up to the dealership in North Smithfield, Rhode Island already having a good idea what I was looking for after a couple days looking through I showed up to the dealership in North Smithfield, Rhode Island already having a good idea what I was looking for after a couple days looking through their stock on their website. I showed up to test drive what I had been looking into; the charismatic fellow that greeted me after entering the door was Ben Rowan and he would become the salesman to handle my sale. He's extremely knowledgeable and friendly and helped me out tremendously. His job was very easy, he asked what I had been looking at then promptly went and got the Impreza. He went with what I said and that was it, he wasn't pushy about anything at all. We went on a nice test drive and after being totally impressed we continued on with paperwork. He made this a very painless experience and was very respectful. He followed up numerous times and made sure that I was comfortable and taken care of and I appreciate that. After a weekend of handling things, I financed my 2016 Impreza on the Monday and am enjoying it thoroughly. Ben Rowan and Anchor Subaru come highly recommended More

Best car buying experience to date! I recently purchased a Subaru Ascent and worked with Ben Rowan. His overall knowledge of the vehicle was very impressive. I started my research and narrowed my selection to two different brands. Upon arriving at Anchor, the dealership was clean, modern and welcoming. Ben approached us and welcomed us to the store. He listened to our needs and went over all the selling points of the vehicle with no pressure. We weren't ready to make a purchase that day, so Ben followed up but again, no pressure. We appreciated his relaxed approach. When we were ready to make our purchase, Ben walked us through the process without any issues. Everyone at Anchor knew their stuff and helped us through the buying process. I have to say it was night and day versus the other dealership that we visited and ultimately that helped us to decide on the Subaru. I was very happy with the whole process and plan on loving my Subaru for a long time! Thanks Ben! More
