Well, while waiting for my car for its oil change; I found an Outback in the showroom that I loved. I talked with Graham and within 45 minutes we came to an agreement and I purchased the car. Derek in the finance department was also great and went the extra mile to get me a lower interest rate. I have never had an easier car buying experience. More

I showed up to test drive what I had been looking into; the charismatic fellow that greeted me after entering the door was Ben Rowan and he would become the salesman to handle my sale. He's extremely knowledgeable and friendly and helped me out tremendously. His job was very easy, he asked what I had been looking at then promptly went and got the Impreza. He went with what I said and that was it, he wasn't pushy about anything at all. We went on a nice test drive and after being totally impressed we continued on with paperwork. He made this a very painless experience and was very respectful. He followed up numerous times and made sure that I was comfortable and taken care of and I appreciate that.
