It was the best and easier car purchase I have every had. Jorge was the best and I love my new Subaru. When I walked into the showroom I was greeting warmly by the salesmanager. He called Jorge over and he immediatly ask me what I was looking for and about me needs. The car I wanted a certain color and they were able to get me everything I wanted in the car. Ten days later Jorge called to say my car had arrived.I picked it up and meet with Pauline who was also apleasure to deal with. I would recommend everyone I know to purchase a car from Anchor and purchase the car from Jorge. More
Buying a car at Anchor Subaru was the most pleasurable experience I have ever had in my 40 years of driving. Shar was a knowledgeable and friendly easy person to be around and willing to do all he could t experience I have ever had in my 40 years of driving. Paulette the finance manager was just the consumate professional an absolute pleasure to deal with, again very knoledgeable and organized. I can't thank these people enough. I brought my car in a week later to have a blue tooth installed. My appointment was a 9am and they told me ith would take about an hour. They took in in at 9am and I left at 10:05 with the blue tooth installed. You can't ask for more than that It was well worth the drive to Anchor Subaru !!!!! Thanks again for everything More
I recently purchased a new Subaru from Anchor and couldn't be happier. The staff was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. I shopped Balise first, but wished I had gone straight to Anchor. This is my 2nd Subaru Outback from Anchor and hope my 2nd is just as perfect as my first! My first car last me 13 good years. I've had all my service done there so they knew my car inside and out. Between that fact and the low mileage, they gave me a real good trade in for it. So far the buying experience has been just as good, if not better, than the first. I had some pretty strict criteria to meet (needed a specific car, color, accessories, etc and needed it within a week) and they met them without problems except for one, which they solved the very next day after pick up. The people are all very friendly and professional and go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. I highly recommend Anchor Subaru for your next car purchase. More
With all seriousness, my wife and I had gone to Balise Subaru in Warwick first in search of our new Forester. Not only was the sales manager condescending when he spoke to us, we had asked both our sales Subaru in Warwick first in search of our new Forester. Not only was the sales manager condescending when he spoke to us, we had asked both our sales person and the finance woman several times to find us a particular car and they seemed totally uninterested in helping us. I will never, ever suggest anybody purchase a car there. They are unorganized, their prices are high, and they seem to have a particular "agenda" that made us feel extremely uncomfortable. The staff at Anchor Subaru went above and beyond my expectations as soon as my wife and I walked in the door. After our experience with the "B" word, I had been tracking a particular 2011 Forester online that was in transit and it had finally become available at Anchor. I called up to inquire about the vehicle and Orfio, the sales manager, told me that the car had just come in and they had not even had a chance to prep it yet but to come down and he would have it ready, and he did. As soon as we walked in the door, we were greeted with a friendly smile and a handshake from a man who turned out to be Orfio. He basically gave me the keys to this brand new, 5 mile Subaru and told me to enjoy the ride and take my time. My wife and I had the luxury of taking the car alone on our own personal test drive and when we came back 30 minutes later, Orfio was surprised we were back so soon. His trust in us made me feel very welcome there. After the drive, the sales person we had been in contact with previously walked in the door to start his shift. Jerry Cohen took over for Orfio and he was such an amazing help to us and his knowledge of Subaru's was outstanding. He answered every question I had about the car, no matter how technical I got. He is very passionate and his love for Subaru's made my wife and I feel like we were getting the best car on the road. After a little bit of painless price negotiation, we got more than we expected for our trade-in and an amazing price on our new 2011 Subaru Forester! Paulette helped us out with our financing and extended warranty options next. She was unbelievably friendly and did not make us feel pressured at all like other dealers do when they try to "add on" certain useless things. We added an extended warranty on our Subaru because we like the piece of mind it offers and she gave us a loan term that fit our monthly budget. Jerry took over again from there and before we drove away, he went through every little detail about our new car. He popped the hood, showed me some features about the car, and made sure we comfortable and able to operate everything. There was no uncertainty when we left. After we'd been driving our car for a couple of weeks, we needed a small warranty repair. The service staff took care of us the same day that I called and I was out the door in an hour. Since that day, I've had no issues with my Subaru and I also had them install a auto-start. What a great feature! I want to say "thank you" to the staff at Anchor. Their attention to detail and their kindness went a long way. Needless to say, we are driving the exact car we wanted and we could not be happier. I would absolutely suggest that not only should every person own a Subaru but they should purchase that Subaru from Anchor Subaru! More

He went out of his way to inform us of all the facts of the car to make sure we were making the right decision. Paulette Matteson the Business Manager was a pleasure to work with and made the transaction very non pressured. I would highly recommend this dealership, and I am truly a hard sell. More
The reason for the service was a windshield replacement due to a road hazard crack. The logistical issues of ordering the windshield, setting up an appointment, arranging for a ride to & from work (25 mil due to a road hazard crack. What a delight it was dealing with this young lady. It is a pleasure to deal with someone who knows what is going on, ( she was not just someone answering the phone ), when I had a scheduling conflict, she knew how to solve the issue without skipping a beat. Also the dealership has a shuttle bus which provided the ride to & from work, the shuttle driver was also courteous & pleasant. More

The most knowledgeable, polite, and friendly salesman greeted us.(Jerry Cohen) The car sold it's self but Jerry sold us on Anchor. Jerry made buying my 1st new car a very pleasant and positive experience. We were hard on him with questions but he was able to answer almost every thing off the top of his head and able to research the answers he didn't have very quickly. By far the BEST salesman we have had the pleasure of working with. Paulette the finance lady was again the most helpful and courteous person I could've hoped for. Thank you, Jerry and Paulette for making my experience at Anchor Subaru the best ever. More

I purchased a used 2006 Outback in 2007. At that time it had only had 13k miles, now it has well over 60K. From the first day I bought the car I have had nothing but great service. Both the service and sales teams have bent over backwards to make sure that my experience is a positive one. The whole company makes you feel like you’re part of a family. I have found them to be honest and one of the most professional car dealerships I have ever been to. Besides my Outback I also own a 2007 Forrester and receive the same great service on that car also. I am always recommending this dealership and Subaru to everyone. Keep up the great work! More
