From the moment I met salesperson Sean Bernier it was all stress-free. He was very easy to talk to ,very knowledgeable about the vehicle and I felt no pressure to buy that day as so often is the case in other dealerships. I met general manager Michael who was agreeable to holding the car for me until the next day and the day after that when my schedule changed. They were reasonable regarding my trade-in and I feel that I was treated fairly and did not leave questioning my purchase. Eric in the business office took care of me with efficiency and the same low-stress approach that I felt throughout the dealership. Sean helpfully provided my temporary registration which he e-mailed to me, contacted the insurance company for me when the necessary information had not been faxed and I was at work the next day. He has been available to answer any questions I may have going forward with my new car. I have been highly recommending Sean and Anchor Nissan to all who will listen! More

No pressure car buying I had been in the market for a used Nissan and had been to a few dealerships. I found one certain dealership to be extremely condescending when speak I had been in the market for a used Nissan and had been to a few dealerships. The next dealership advertised the vehicles but didn't even have them on the lot.... When I finally went to Anchor Nissan, I wasn't sure what to expect. I was met by Von who was patient with all our questions. He narrowed my search to what I was interested in and in my price range. Long story short, Von was a pleasure to deal with! He was knowledgeable and helped me through the whole process. He has followed up with me since the sale to make sure I was satisfied and if there was anything I needed.
