I would like to make sure its clear. My "expectation" wasn't the issue. The "rate" you have on your website is a fake rate. That is not the price you are really asking for the vehicle and there is NO messaging anywhere within the vicinity of the price of the vehicle that states "we have over $7k of add-ons we will be adding to the total price but is not reflected here". Its bait to get customers interested in the vehicle, then a switch when they get there to your "real" price...
