I want to retract and apologize for my previous review, as Hardin Buick was not properly informed of my car issues by the seller that sold it to me. My car is being taken back to them today to be assessed, as Hardin Buick was not properly informed of my car issues by the seller that sold it to me. My car is being taken back to them today to be assessed, I am praying that I am kept in the loop as I have given the seller a detailed list to give to Hardin. The current 5 star is for the response time to my previous review. I will properly review upon getting my vehicle back. 💕 Laura More
HI, if you are looking at this dealership to get your first or next used car. I recommend that you DO NOT DO IT!!!!! Go elsewhere!!!!! ANYWHERE!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!! I first or next used car. I recommend that you DO NOT DO IT!!!!! Go elsewhere!!!!! ANYWHERE!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!! I am currently in the the process of filing a class action lawsuit against Russell Westbrook Hyundai of Anaheim in regard to the lemon law! Not even 2 weeks of having this car the brakes started SCREECHING!!! When I took it back they tried to say that I must be going up and down ALOT of hills?? Like, NO, sorry sir, maybe once or twice but not enough to be having them screech like THAT! They "fixed" the brake for me, but only to have them acting up one month later! THEN not even having the car for no more than 4 months the engine light comes on with white smoke coming from the exhaust and violent shaking! I took it back and they were claiming I needed a NEW ENGINE! I said okay lets see about setting up a payment plan to try and fix it BUT I did argue with them and brought up that them being a DEALERSHIP that these sorts of problems shouldn't be happening so soon; even for a used dealership; only 4 months after purchasing! After ALOT of back and forth they ended up agreeing to "fix" the problem!? So, MAGICALLY now that they are going to "fix" it and it is no longer going to come out of my pocket. It didn't need a new engine!! All they did was flushed it out a couple of times and did an oil change.! Then for the next 2 months the engine light kept coming on again off again..? Unfortunately, I couldn't be taking it in back right away each time to get it looked at and being days without a car. for I have two children who are autistic and being considered on the spectrum that need to attend appointments! But when I did manage to take it in they would NEVER tell me what was wrong with it or what was "fixed" ! The check engine light was just magically off.. While all this is happening my traction control went out! They were "nice" enough to fix this problem seeing how I was bringing the car over and over to get the check engine light checked out BUT that was the ONLY thing they actually fixed properly! But of course they didn't do anything to the brakes again though I did remind them!!!! SO, FINALLY, of course the engine light comes back on AGAIN!!!! And the car was/is acting up ALOT!!! And their response is ... I've had it too long already there is nothing they can do! I say okay no problem I understand, but can I have ALL the paperwork stating what repairs was done to the car for my records// That took FOREVER and he was NOT happy that I requested this! One of my main concerns with this is all the times I took that car in to get "repaired". Them being a dealership. Shouldn't they have OFFICIALLY and LEGALLY recorded or kept some sort of records on EVERYTHING that they "repaired" on my car??? The ONLY thing that was on their report was the two engine flushes and and oil change?? I even took it to another dealership to try and trade it in but they would not take it unless I came up with a 9,000 dollar deposit! RUSSELL WESTBROOK HYUNDAI OF ANAHEIM were QUICK to take my 1,500 dollars of my hard earned money as a down payment for this LEMON!!! Put me in DEBT with a loan over 15,000 dollars. ONLY to be told by 2 different mechanics that I took it to to tell me that it'll cost me over $3,500 to fix what is wrong with the car that is causing the check engine light to be on!!!!!!! AND it is NOT WORTH IT!!!! IT IS TOO MUCH MONEY to invest in that car!!!!! You would like to think that a car dealership under a FAMOUS L.A CLIPPERS basketball player like RUSSELL WESTBROOK would try to sell somewhat decent used cars that DON'T start breaking down within a couple of months after purchasing it! Right?? But NO!!!! Does RUSSELL WESTBROOK know what is going on within his business's with his name on it?? PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!! They are NOT deserving or worthy of it!!! THANK YOU!! More
Uffff. Nice when they are selling you a car, after that. Bad service and they don't care keep a Customer. Almost two week waiting for a response from the S Nice when they are selling you a car, after that. Bad service and they don't care keep a Customer. Almost two week waiting for a response from the Service department about my extended warranty and fix my car. Looks like they want to wait till my warranty is expired and don't fix my vehicle. More
Russell Westbrook Hyundai of Anaheim - Stay Away! I made an appointment to go see a specific car yesterday that was listed at a specific price online. I spoke to Brian Mariscal. He must be one of I made an appointment to go see a specific car yesterday that was listed at a specific price online. I spoke to Brian Mariscal. He must be one of the guys that books the appointments. I had made the appointment the day before and confirmed the day of my visit. When I got there, I was told that the car was gone because it was a loaner. I then spoke to one of their managers who tried to sell me a car that was supposedly equal to the one that had been loaned. Turns out, all their cars have "accessories" or "dealer options" that raise the advertised price another $7,000 dollars! Brian Mariscal and all the sales staff at Anaheim Hyundai are engaging in deceptive advertising and "bait and switch" tactics. You'd be better off staying away from Anaheim Hyundai and shopping elsewhere. More
The person that said that this dealership felt more like an auction is correct. I contacted them about an Ionic 5 that was on their website. I was ready and able to buy the car. I was told that they wanted an auction is correct. I contacted them about an Ionic 5 that was on their website. I was ready and able to buy the car. I was told that they wanted a market adjust fee normally they would charge $ 5,000 but would only charge me $3,000 extra. I was told that I was the first person to call about the car and someone else might be willing to pay more for it. I do not think that this is a good way to run a dealership. Other dealerships and not charging the market adjust fee. I told them I would not pay the extra fee I do not need a car I just want that particular car and will wait till I can find it without added fees that are not wanted. More
Potential Buyers, beware the tricks that the management plays. “Options” are not options. Bait and switch. Added fees. Marketed price is not honored. They absolutely refuse to provide you a copy of your o plays. “Options” are not options. Bait and switch. Added fees. Marketed price is not honored. Came into dealership one hour after speaking to sales rep Delma and receiving a quote at MSRP for a specific Palisade on their lot. Exact car quoted still there when I arrived but Delma initially refused to Delma and receiving a quote at MSRP for a specific Palisade on their lot. Exact car quoted still there when I arrived but Delma initially refused to honor the quote and tried to add a dealer markup and worthless protection packages. Only after I got up and started to walk out did she agree to sell at the quoted price. Numerous other misrepresentations. I agree with other posts. Avoid this dealership if you can. More
I brought my car in for a recall repair. I then got a quote for over $3100 of repairs they said I needed! I had a bad feeling about it, and took my car to our mechanic, turns out I only need I then got a quote for over $3100 of repairs they said I needed! I went to many dealerships in my life, and bought many cars, however this dealership felt more like an auction. Whoever pays more gets the car. When I spoke to Mike (the desk manager) and he refused to se cars, however this dealership felt more like an auction. Whoever pays more gets the car. When I spoke to Mike (the desk manager) and he refused to sell me the car because someone was paying him more money. The car was worth $32,899 with tax, fees and the registration the total would come up to around $36,000 out the door. Accessories are optional when it comes to the car however Mike (the desk manager), claims that the accessories must be paid for when it was clearly a given option. He wanted to make more money. When I left the dealership and went back home, I contacted the dealership again and someone else in the sales claimed that the same car I was looking forward to buying was also $36,000. At the dealership the accessories must be bought, however on the phone conversation the accessories did not have to be bought with the car. I wanted to buy the car upfront, however the dealership wanted me to take out a loan for a car I was already willing to pay for because someone was willing to buy the optional accessories for the car. As a willing paying costumer I felt discriminated against and my overall experience was very disappointing, I do not recommend coming here. It felt more like a scam and an auction rather than a dealership. More
