I’m sending an update to my review of this dealership. I received a call from Eddie Acosta, stating that the dealership was going to go ahead and honor the price that I had wanted. He was very helpful in getting things underway for me. I was able to do a lot of the paperwork before I went into the dealership, when I arrived at the dealership, Eddie was busy with another customer, but he had others helping me everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful and trying to get me through the process as quickly as possible. I would recommend buying a car from them. I did buy the Ioniq5 and I am loving it. I want to thank Eddie for all the help that he was for me.

Sadly, the response from the General Manager is consistent with all the others he has written on this site--a stock and insincere apology with no action actually taken. This is done solely to show to Hyundai corporate. If Mr Smirz was truly interested in effecting a culture change at his dealership, he would have reached out to me directly to get the full details of how poorly his employees acted. He did not do so even though he has my contact information--I bought a car from them. Again, buyer beware. If you can avoid this dealership, do so.
