Just be honest and advertise the Actual price and do not waste people time. I am 100% sure you are aware of the way the business is operating and I am sure they have your approval. So, please take responsibility and look at the number of negative feedback and change your model for good or just hopefully close this type of customer service. Just remember many of your customers are very smart and very familiar with the type of business around and would rather deal with someone more transparent and honest , including me. I would rather pay more but to be decieved.

Ken: Thanks for your call back. I couldn't register the vehicle in Arizona today and asked for title and any other papers to be overnighted--asked of Delmaa and Maria. I have heard back from neither of them and have no idea if my request was responded to, That is the major part of my complaint--poor communications and simple errors. Like everyone, we're busy, and need to plan our days but when I hear nothing back it becomes impossible! Why weren't the documents delivered to me with the car? Where's the cargo net I paid for and why wasn't this vehicle equipped with the rear side window curtains that Hyundai shows? I have no breakdown of the dealer markup. best, ron peterson

Ken: Delma told me how to get it registered but I need a bill of sale. I've spoken to at least three people who promised to e-mail it to me right away but no one has ronpeterson823@gmail.com. PS Some people may be amused at delaying me but your dealership has already cost me several days ruined and I'm very unhappy. All I want is that bill of sale in an e-mail.
