Never ever was treated as deceitful as yesterday in this scam dealership. went there to make a deal on a 2017 Prius prime advertised as 21400!, just to found out this scammer, just advertised this price to scam dealership. went there to make a deal on a 2017 Prius prime advertised as 21400!, just to found out this scammer, just advertised this price to take you there and added multiple charges and offered the same car for 33k!!! when I mentioned the price, they just came out with some stupid answers and finally after i refused the scam, a manger came to me and said 28k either take it or leave it! so my entire day and two-hour drive and another 2 hours of wasting my time in that toxic environment was wasted. this is why this kind of businesses should be banned and close for good. 4-22-23 I found a truck I was interested in and contacted them for an appointment to drive it. I got there and was greeted by a salesman and shared I just want to drive the truck. I told him I had an appoint them for an appointment to drive it. I got there and was greeted by a salesman and shared I just want to drive the truck. I told him I had an appointment with another salesman and he shared that that person wasn't in. yet. So we took the truck for a drive and came back. I went into the sales bay because Brian asked me to shake his Sales Manager hand I did it out of kindness for a the youngman. The issue was in the 2nd part. I promised to send my vin for my trade in. I did and then let the games begin. I was polite and they were not getting the response they wanted. This truck has been on the lot for over 45 days. So on Tuesday 4-25 I got a call from the dealership and a young lady who was telling me that she was a Manager. She proceeded to tell me things and I shared the price was not good enough. I shared that this country is in a recession and the interest rates are not attractive so I'm looking for a little more off the price of the truck. She then starts talking to me like I wasn't going to be able to qualify and tell me they have to make money. I'm in business and I own my 4 year old car for the trade in. She didn't even know this and I asked her why wouldn't you know what you're calling me if you didn't have that information. She was getting rude quickly and I shared very politely that I'm a Military Vet and I will be contacting the VA,USAA and the BBB about the dealership. If you are a Veteran please understand that this dealership will be quickly added to the black list of dealerships to not do business with. Last is the call I got from the salesman trying to save and say don't judge him and his offer still stands. No One at this dealership has owned this and the salesman Brian said the young lady is new and not a Manager at all. I said oh wow so now you have an integrity issue of misrepresentation of titles. This did not sit well and I took the last 24 hrs debating on this. So here we are and I don't want anyone to be taken advantage of. I'm filing a report with the BBB and will contact Hyundai Corporate of my experience. I hope Brian you read this and learn that money or a job is not worth it. The customer experience and the over all process makes a good business. More
My experience at Hyundai of Anaheim was amazing. I went looking and saw a car I absolutely fell in love with but had shaky credit but Rakan said he’d do absolutely everything to get me that car and I went looking and saw a car I absolutely fell in love with but had shaky credit but Rakan said he’d do absolutely everything to get me that car and sure enough he made it happen thanks to him and his manager Tony I was able to get the car I loved and have the payments down to something I can afford. I also want to thank Jacob and Amir in finance for making the paperwork process so easy and enjoyable they have a great sense of humor. I want to mostly say thank you to Jacob in finance because I had an issue with my window and he has been extremely helpful and has went above and beyond to help me and always made sure he made the time in his busy schedule to update me on everything. He definitely puts his customers first to make sure they are satisfied. I’m extremely grateful and I appreciate everything he’s done to help me with my first car buying experience. Thank you Hyundai of Anaheim More
The car buying experience with Q was great! My first service today was “awful”. I came in at 12:30, Angela told me the car will be ready by 2:30, but it wasn’t. I had to ask Q to check for me w My first service today was “awful”. I came in at 12:30, Angela told me the car will be ready by 2:30, but it wasn’t. I had to ask Q to check for me what’s going on. When the service was done, Angela came to me and said “did you see my text?” I said “no”, and she said “you’re car is ready”. No apologies whatsoever that it took them more than 2 hours to do the first service on my new car. She then said “sign here and wait because they need to wash your car”. But I looked outside, my car was already sitting on the parking lot. When I finally got my car, my seat was so hot which makes me think my car was probably on the parking lot for quite some time now. I wonder if someone just forgot to check on my car. Anyway. I finally got out there close to 3pm. This was a very bad experience considering it’s my first. Pretty traumatic!!! More
I want to retract and apologize for my previous review, as Hardin Buick was not properly informed of my car issues by the seller that sold it to me. My car is being taken back to them today to be assessed, as Hardin Buick was not properly informed of my car issues by the seller that sold it to me. My car is being taken back to them today to be assessed, I am praying that I am kept in the loop as I have given the seller a detailed list to give to Hardin. The current 5 star is for the response time to my previous review. I will properly review upon getting my vehicle back. 💕 Laura More
HI, if you are looking at this dealership to get your first or next used car. I recommend that you DO NOT DO IT!!!!! Go elsewhere!!!!! ANYWHERE!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!! I first or next used car. I recommend that you DO NOT DO IT!!!!! Go elsewhere!!!!! ANYWHERE!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!! I am currently in the the process of filing a class action lawsuit against Russell Westbrook Hyundai of Anaheim in regard to the lemon law! Not even 2 weeks of having this car the brakes started SCREECHING!!! When I took it back they tried to say that I must be going up and down ALOT of hills?? Like, NO, sorry sir, maybe once or twice but not enough to be having them screech like THAT! They "fixed" the brake for me, but only to have them acting up one month later! THEN not even having the car for no more than 4 months the engine light comes on with white smoke coming from the exhaust and violent shaking! I took it back and they were claiming I needed a NEW ENGINE! I said okay lets see about setting up a payment plan to try and fix it BUT I did argue with them and brought up that them being a DEALERSHIP that these sorts of problems shouldn't be happening so soon; even for a used dealership; only 4 months after purchasing! After ALOT of back and forth they ended up agreeing to "fix" the problem!? So, MAGICALLY now that they are going to "fix" it and it is no longer going to come out of my pocket. It didn't need a new engine!! All they did was flushed it out a couple of times and did an oil change.! Then for the next 2 months the engine light kept coming on again off again..? Unfortunately, I couldn't be taking it in back right away each time to get it looked at and being days without a car. for I have two children who are autistic and being considered on the spectrum that need to attend appointments! But when I did manage to take it in they would NEVER tell me what was wrong with it or what was "fixed" ! The check engine light was just magically off.. While all this is happening my traction control went out! They were "nice" enough to fix this problem seeing how I was bringing the car over and over to get the check engine light checked out BUT that was the ONLY thing they actually fixed properly! But of course they didn't do anything to the brakes again though I did remind them!!!! SO, FINALLY, of course the engine light comes back on AGAIN!!!! And the car was/is acting up ALOT!!! And their response is ... I've had it too long already there is nothing they can do! I say okay no problem I understand, but can I have ALL the paperwork stating what repairs was done to the car for my records// That took FOREVER and he was NOT happy that I requested this! One of my main concerns with this is all the times I took that car in to get "repaired". Them being a dealership. Shouldn't they have OFFICIALLY and LEGALLY recorded or kept some sort of records on EVERYTHING that they "repaired" on my car??? The ONLY thing that was on their report was the two engine flushes and and oil change?? I even took it to another dealership to try and trade it in but they would not take it unless I came up with a 9,000 dollar deposit! RUSSELL WESTBROOK HYUNDAI OF ANAHEIM were QUICK to take my 1,500 dollars of my hard earned money as a down payment for this LEMON!!! Put me in DEBT with a loan over 15,000 dollars. ONLY to be told by 2 different mechanics that I took it to to tell me that it'll cost me over $3,500 to fix what is wrong with the car that is causing the check engine light to be on!!!!!!! AND it is NOT WORTH IT!!!! IT IS TOO MUCH MONEY to invest in that car!!!!! You would like to think that a car dealership under a FAMOUS L.A CLIPPERS basketball player like RUSSELL WESTBROOK would try to sell somewhat decent used cars that DON'T start breaking down within a couple of months after purchasing it! Right?? But NO!!!! Does RUSSELL WESTBROOK know what is going on within his business's with his name on it?? PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!! They are NOT deserving or worthy of it!!! THANK YOU!! More

Almost two week waiting for a response from the S Nice when they are selling you a car, after that. Bad service and they don't care keep a Customer. Russell Westbrook Hyundai of Anaheim - Stay Away! I made an appointment to go see a specific car yesterday that was listed at a specific price online. I spoke to Brian Mariscal. He must be one of I made an appointment to go see a specific car yesterday that was listed at a specific price online. I spoke to Brian Mariscal. He must be one of the guys that books the appointments. I had made the appointment the day before and confirmed the day of my visit. When I got there, I was told that the car was gone because it was a loaner. I then spoke to one of their managers who tried to sell me a car that was supposedly equal to the one that had been loaned. Turns out, all their cars have "accessories" or "dealer options" that raise the advertised price another $7,000 dollars! Brian Mariscal and all the sales staff at Anaheim Hyundai are engaging in deceptive advertising and "bait and switch" tactics. You'd be better off staying away from Anaheim Hyundai and shopping elsewhere. More
