This is a blatant lie. This business is anything but honest. If you spent the time actually training your staff and getting off this site and responding to every claim that states the obvious, maybe then, you'd have an 'honest business.' I pray to God you all suffer for the financial ruin you put families through and this dealership goes out of business as a result.

I gave your dealership a chance to respond and talk to the finance manager. Explained everything and as I stated she simply called the Dev into the room and he denied what he said to me. I could get specific and send the pictures of the numbers that he showed me but it’s not worth any of my time. It will not change the outcome. When I called and told the manager that I didn’t get a walk through of the car did they say come back in and we will walk you through. The answer is no. The funny thing is that you say want the feedback yet I gave feedback and nothing changed. No one has offered to try to do anything to correct the situation.

I just got a call from Ken who instead of understanding my frustration or offering any apologies for confusion or missing details, tried to tell me how I'm wrong and he is right. I told him off and please do not go to this dealer. How about saying sorry and offering something to make it right next time ken instead of calling to make someone feel bad because your staff is incompetent. This GM is the worst GM possible
