These guys are total scammers. Know your rights, and know that if the advertised price is one thing, making you buy 10k of add-ons to make it a higher price is actually fraud. I called and filled out a loan app and did receive a phone from them. I waited a week to go by and decided to call salesperson Jose Ochoa and he stated that he was 10 minutes away from work and he would phone from them. I waited a week to go by and decided to call salesperson Jose Ochoa and he stated that he was 10 minutes away from work and he would call me with a monthly payment number. Didn’t hear from him that day. Next day I received a call from Abram letting me know that the vehicle I had in mind, had been sold. I told him that I wasn’t interested in any other vehicle because I was furious for how they extended my sales with the hopes that they would sell it. More
Stay away! This dealership runs bait-and-switch scams. I contacted them about a car advertised at $30.9k and was ready to purchase sight unseen. I know the car This dealership runs bait-and-switch scams. I contacted them about a car advertised at $30.9k and was ready to purchase sight unseen. I know the car I wanted, so no need to drive 2 hrs to test drive. The salesman insisted on talking over the phone, which I usually do not like to do, because of all the stupid sales speels… but I did it anyways. Then he proceeded to tell me that there are about $5500 worth of ‘add ins’ so the total price was just under &40k. I responded that I was willing to pay the advertised price, plus taxes and fees, and nothing more. Haven’t heard back. Buying used cars has gotten to be a ridiculous experience! Super annoying! More

Avoid this place and especially do not use Cameron as your sales guy. I was very specific up front with what I was looking to do. He recommended that I lease and take a discount on the lease and they tol your sales guy. I was very specific up front with what I was looking to do. He recommended that I lease and take a discount on the lease and they told me what my buyout would be. Come to find out the buy is 2k more than what they told me it would be. I asked him about it and he said well you should of read paper work better. The paperwork is right but there are these added fees it appears that they should of told me about. The worst part is when the manager called me back because she knew I wasn’t happy I told her what happened. She asked the sales person Dev if he told me that and he lied right to her face. Also i didn’t even get a walk through of the car after paperwork and basically was left to you tube how to work my new electric car. Also got the car with half a charge. His response was well you have two years charging go charge it. So I now have to spend more time and I was at the dealer for over two hours. Cameron is your typical salesman, very helpful until you sign the papers then it's well you’re on your own. More
Never ever was treated as deceitful as yesterday in this scam dealership. went there to make a deal on a 2017 Prius prime advertised as 21400!, just to found out this scammer, just advertised this price to scam dealership. went there to make a deal on a 2017 Prius prime advertised as 21400!, just to found out this scammer, just advertised this price to take you there and added multiple charges and offered the same car for 33k!!! when I mentioned the price, they just came out with some stupid answers and finally after i refused the scam, a manger came to me and said 28k either take it or leave it! so my entire day and two-hour drive and another 2 hours of wasting my time in that toxic environment was wasted. this is why this kind of businesses should be banned and close for good. 4-22-23 I found a truck I was interested in and contacted them for an appointment to drive it. I got there and was greeted by a salesman and shared I just want to drive the truck. I told him I had an appoint them for an appointment to drive it. I got there and was greeted by a salesman and shared I just want to drive the truck. I told him I had an appointment with another salesman and he shared that that person wasn't in. yet. So we took the truck for a drive and came back. I went into the sales bay because Brian asked me to shake his Sales Manager hand I did it out of kindness for a the youngman. The issue was in the 2nd part. I promised to send my vin for my trade in. I did and then let the games begin. I was polite and they were not getting the response they wanted. This truck has been on the lot for over 45 days. So on Tuesday 4-25 I got a call from the dealership and a young lady who was telling me that she was a Manager. She proceeded to tell me things and I shared the price was not good enough. I shared that this country is in a recession and the interest rates are not attractive so I'm looking for a little more off the price of the truck. She then starts talking to me like I wasn't going to be able to qualify and tell me they have to make money. I'm in business and I own my 4 year old car for the trade in. She didn't even know this and I asked her why wouldn't you know what you're calling me if you didn't have that information. She was getting rude quickly and I shared very politely that I'm a Military Vet and I will be contacting the VA,USAA and the BBB about the dealership. If you are a Veteran please understand that this dealership will be quickly added to the black list of dealerships to not do business with. Last is the call I got from the salesman trying to save and say don't judge him and his offer still stands. No One at this dealership has owned this and the salesman Brian said the young lady is new and not a Manager at all. I said oh wow so now you have an integrity issue of misrepresentation of titles. This did not sit well and I took the last 24 hrs debating on this. So here we are and I don't want anyone to be taken advantage of. I'm filing a report with the BBB and will contact Hyundai Corporate of my experience. I hope Brian you read this and learn that money or a job is not worth it. The customer experience and the over all process makes a good business. More
