If he did, I would have decided to leave right away. Because he behaved in a manner like he can be anyone's uncle, father my husband and I sticked around. He was patient and willing to work with us regarding our finance. He worked hard for us to get the car that we want and the price: Hyundai Sonata Limited. Secondly, we had the pleasure of working with Kenny Kessler from the Finance Department. He was so easy going, positive, and professional. He was very thorough on what we signed and he made us feel genuine, appreciative customers. One of the most important character of any person is integrity. I witnessed this attribute with Q and Kenny. They consistently kept their words and promises from discussing the cost of our vehicle to executing our contract. I was truly impressed with this morale.
