First off I would give his dealership zero stars if the page would have allowed me. Dealership sold me a used Ram 1500 and shortly after purchase it was discovered that they had sold us a vehicle with existing damages. We returned to the dealership 2 weeks after purchase and they STILL HAVE THE VEHICLE 6 WEEKS LATER! Obviously they never completed their 172 point inspection and continue to refuse obvious repairs. No one at the dealership will return calls or emails, even the general manager Ken. Worst experience ever! Will be filing with the better business bureau! More
After repeated attempts to speak to the general manager or sales managers for months, I have been continually ignored. I was promised a special promotion when I bought my Kona EV and they still have not pr or sales managers for months, I have been continually ignored. I was promised a special promotion when I bought my Kona EV and they still have not provided it to me. I contacted Hyundai corporate and they said I need to speak to management, but no one from management wants to talk to you if you have a complaint and just ghosts you. More
Horrible dealership went to buy a vehicle and was going to pay the sticker price and they try to guilt trip you into saying that they’re not making any commission on the vehicle and they need to sell it to to pay the sticker price and they try to guilt trip you into saying that they’re not making any commission on the vehicle and they need to sell it to you for more and they try to charge you and sell you warranties that are not necessary and if you say no they don’t let you buy the car. Sale person was great Timothy. The sad part is that he left 1 day before the vehicle was going to be delivered. my purchase was over the phone, i already had my own approved loan The sad part is that he left 1 day before the vehicle was going to be delivered. my purchase was over the phone, i already had my own approved loan from my own bank, which i informed them. The finance guy stated that they have to run my credit , since they can't deliver it with out being paid first, and made up a story saying they had customer that they inform there bank they did not buy a vehicle from them, just to give you a basic info on that. but the dealer had issues in returning customer calls and email from the finance department, car sell manager is rude, they are not honest on actual mileage on the vehicle. I keep asking them if the vechile had the 75922 on it, they stated yes. But once delivered it actually had 77400. SO Transperty is a issue as well, so this vehicle had about 77000 not want was stated on the description. Though additional 400 mile was from driving to where I live. Which is understandable. If i would of known the milage on the vehicle i would negotiated more to lower the price. Yes though additional upcharges are against the law, I informed them that did not want though additional thing added which they did not add. But they stated that the GPS tracking was installed and the paint protection. Which was additional amount, but once delivered and getting information back that it was not added, so we're did the additional $2000 come from? But the sale guy Danny that delivered the vechile, really great guy. Informed me he will get back to me once he got back, which he did and stayed that I did not get the GPS, but they decided to just offer it to me. More

Quick back story: Internet price on a vehicle we liked was marked $5K below original listing so I called the dealership to confirm availability and schedule a test drive. The sales person (Jason or Alex I think) said he would have the vehicle out front. When we arrived the vehicle was parked out front so we went inside to introduce ourselves, but Jason wasn't available so MICHAEL ROCHA (sales desk) said he would get someone else to help...so far so good. While waiting (30min) the stories began....the vehicle is in maintenance (but it's sitting out front), we don't have the keys because maintenance has them (but Jason drove it to the front), the confusion is it just came back from reconditioning (but it's dirty inside and there's food in the center console)...finally we test drove the vehicle and liked it. Quick note, the vehicle still showed original listing price on the window. I asked HECTOR BECERRA SALUD (sales manager) if we could schedule a third party pre-purchase inspection the next day and then talk numbers. HECTOR said no problem and to connect with him if any issues. I called the sales desk the next day to confirm vehicle availability for inspection before driving an hour...they said it was ready for me so we hit the road. We show up, already long story short....HECTOR wasn't anywhere to be found and MICHAEL said it was sold but then tried to get me into a more expensive vehicle. I asked when it was sold, MICHAEL said yesterday...with HECTOR's approval. I was frustrated and tried to get details to understand why I was getting the run around. I asked if I could speak with HECTOR, but MICHAEL said that I could not and if I was done I could leave. The sales team at the desk just chuckled as I left. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CON ARTISTS!!! More
Please stay away if you can. The used car selling employees sell auction cars, not trade-ins. They bought over 30 auction cars in a week, paint them outside in the parking lot, make you wait a week to get a car ready, then try to sell $7000 of paint protection, low jack theft proctection, catalytic converter ID theft protection, etc etc.if you decline, they walk off. If you ask why the added costs, they say because they have to make money. They add this to an $8000 used car. The car i waited fot while renting a car had a non operable AC, and they asked me to split cost of repairs! On top of that, the car had two old cracked bald tires, no floor matts, they would not replace the tires for free even though they were unsafe to drive with. Worst experience at the end, was i am negotiating on the tires with the salesperson mr. heavens pang, and his superior " Hector ", when the used car sales manager, walks up behind me, says he cant sell me the car, and with no explanation walks away. The sales person Hector, his mouth was left open as to why, and he walked away following the manager as well. This was a setup, a performance, in theaters...when a customer doesnt want to buy their $7000 adders, they decline to sell at all. They wasted my time for a week of waiting, i ended up paying 2 weeks of extra car rental as i waited for this dealer to get the car ready for sale. Now i have to start over. A bad experience. I woukd never go there again. More
STAY AWAY! !! If I could give a zero rating I would! Prior to driving an hour to test drive an electric Kona, we called to verify they had the car at the liste !! If I could give a zero rating I would! Prior to driving an hour to test drive an electric Kona, we called to verify they had the car at the listed price of 24k. The salesman assured us they did. After the test drive, the salesman insisted that we speak to Tariq (ph), the finance manager. We waited over 15 minutes for Tariq who came with a sales sheet which was 14k higher than the sticker price. Tariq told us he could not sell us the car for 24k as it had "add-ons". We asked why they advertised the car at 24 if they couldn't sell it to us for that. He had no good answer. We ended up walking out. I'm now calling the BBB and corporate Hyundai to voice our concerns More
Total waste of time. Drove an hour for a vehicle listed at 27k Wouldn't sell me the car for less than 33k. Walked out.
