This location is horrible and very racist. They put dirty oil in my car and say is is a company blend and their was a recall on the engine and they say the put in a new one and the did not, the put in a rebu oil in my car and say is is a company blend and their was a recall on the engine and they say the put in a new one and the did not, the put in a rebuilt on causing more problems to my vehicle so they can try to over charge me. I take very good of my vehicle but after letting them service my car the last 2 times it is all messed up and I got the car from that dealership. I would not recommend this place to any family and friends but I will tell my enemies. More
First, this dealership is not even accredited by The Better Business Bureau and they have given Russell Westbrook Hyundai an "F" rating. Research. Research. Research. Anywhere and everywhere. Ther Better Business Bureau and they have given Russell Westbrook Hyundai an "F" rating. Research. Research. Research. Anywhere and everywhere. There are many used car dealers and many Hyundai Dealers in our area. If at all possible, act like this place doesn’t exist. I bought a used car in August ,which I love but they pack stuff on without telling you THESE THINGS ARE OPTIONAL! NitroFill $179. Useless. No proof that it does anything (actual Nitrogen in tires research) more that a slight possibility that tires may last a tiny bit longer. To use the membership you must go to, or through, this dealership. If you decide you want the NitroFill they’ll them you want the box and the tag to go with the valve caps. You can get a membership without having to go through these shady people. Lumar- Buyer’s guide listed this at $595, however, they charged me $1290. *More on this under the Service History on my car in a minute. Fidelity/Etching (maybe)- $395 Not listed on my Buyer’s Guide. They snuck this in. This charge on paperwork is listed as “Fidelity”. When I inquired after I bought my car, I was told this was for “window etching” they’ll tell you that this deters thieves because if they steal the car, they’ll have to replace the windshield, blah, blah. For my car, a windshield installed correctly costs $1631 plus tax. *More on that in a bit. Elo GPS tracking/Navigation system- $1295 If all you want is to know where your car is 10-15 minutes after it gets where it goes, and an app that tells you your gas tank is ALWAYS 38% full when in reality it is empty or full, well this is for you. Please, save your money and have something installed that fits your needs and wants. Steve Whiteside took my car back as I did paperwork, to “wash it and gas it up” for me. The car was empty. I had to get gas 2 blocks away just to get home. As I’m getting gas my car tells me there’s a fog light malfunction. Lovely, right? I tried in person, in texts, in email, by phone to Steve Whiteside & Long Leho to have all of these things addressed. I did get replies by text from Long Leho telling me that he no longer worked there. (2-3 days after I purchased my car) I went in to the dealership with my sister and/or my daughter several times to have these things addressed/corrected. They finally took me to the office that used to be Long Leho’s where another guy just told me that he “knows the paperwork and numbers are all confusing but it all works out correctly”. Stupidly I believed him, mostly out of frustration. A month later I went to a dealership for the my make of car to have some equipment installed so I can use a REAL navigation system and my tires rotated. About 20 minutes in as I wait, my service advisor came to tell me that there was an aftermarket windshield “installed” on my car and that it wasn’t designed for my car and that it was barely put on. The top passengers side had some of the foam/sealant, but the rest of the top did nothing. The foam was all over the driver side door frame and partially covered the VIN. So, yeah $1631 plus tax. ** I have documents, texts, emails, phone logs, and photographs, and witnesses to all of this. I understand taxes and all the other miscellaneous costs bumps it up some, but as a Disabled Veteran on a fixed income this is ridiculous. To not get any returned phone calls, emails or text messages from this dealership when I have tried to get this resolved is absurd. I will display this everywhere I can until Russell Westbrook Hyundai in Anaheim reimburses/refunds the money due to me. $395 Fidelity/etching $1290 Lumar $179 Nitrofill $1295 Elos Nav/GPS $1631 windshield —————— $4790 + and tax, interest on anything financed, & any other applicable fees charged. THEY ARE THE WORST "BURNER MY LEATHER CAR SEAT AND CARPET".If i could have posted with star, i would have. They don't deserve it. I bought my car from them last year, not long after I bought it, I had CARPET".If i could have posted with star, i would have. They don't deserve it. I bought my car from them last year, not long after I bought it, I had to take it to them for cleaning, as I spilled some sweet dish in my car. I First called them, they were like ya bring in your car will clean it right away, I was only 10 min away, I confirmed the time as well. When I reached service guy was like we don't have time. I told him I called before i came. After discussion they took my car in, and used the chemical, manager Roberto and service guy told me the white stuff will go away, it just need to dry out. after few day i noticed it did not go away it actually "BURNER MY LEATHER CAR SEAT AND CARPET". They were not ready to take responsibility. It was brand new car and they ruined it. And on the top "Mario" the service guy "Roberto" the manager gave me attitude that this is the complain number to call. Still i am dealing with this issue to fix it. But manager "Roberto" is not taking the responsibility. They gave me the stupidest reason, that the sweet dish must have burned it. I called the restaurant in front of them. And they clarified that it cannot not as per the ingredients it has. Still they were showing me attitude. Along with that they always try to give you false information, they have no coordination between departments. I will say again THEY ARE THE WORST. More

Luckily I had a fe ZERO star Criminal, Misogynistic Frauds Upon arrival I was swarmed with a bunch of guys and that seemed quite uncomfortable. Luckily I had a female (the only female I believe) that I had previously spoken with so we went for drive. Paperwork- I was ready to buy, based on agreed upon price before I flew there. She presented the quote with the “options” that I already denied. $179 Nitrofill $595 Genesis Safety $1295 Elos Tracker I asked her to remove the options as I didn’t want them. First Shawn (a manager) came over and told me that I WILL PAY FOR OPTIONS, yelling in my face, told me I have no option because I don’t understand that the word option doesn’t always mean you have options. He was exceptionally rude, spoke over me EVERY time I tried to speak and I got to the point I was looking at my phone so he would go away, as he rambled on about who knows what.. clear signs of complete disrespect and BULLYING. I told him repeatedly I will not pay for the options and to revise the quote or I will leave. I felt that since I flew there to look at the car, he was taking advantage of that. I asked him to stop speaking over me, as he interrupted again and again. Complete dirt bag. Then John, another manager coming in to take a swing and break me down. Bottom line, after he said we need to negotiate about 40 times and I said “not a penny more than sticker”, so he finally left. An hour goes by, I’m wondering why he’s with someone else and not coming back with the 6th revised stupid quote. *They continues to play with the numbers in different brackets as if I’m stupid and won’t see it. Finally the girl brings the quote back and even though they moved numbers around, it was what we originally agreed upon. Then when I went to finance to pay, that guy just added the options at $380 back in, told me the sales people try making extra $1k or more and he will give me a deal! Haha. I told him repeatedly to remove the options and he had attitude and said “fine, I will inactivate your system so you won’t ever have gps, navigation or anything, is that what you want..??! ”. He finally did. The entire day that I was there, the girl continued to tell me how the guys are bullies to her, they accuse her of sleeping with customers to get the sale and she could never compete with the guys. She said the managers all talk over her and she doesn’t have a voice. This place is full of rejected sales people who clearly don’t know how to treat people. The funny part to the story is I did high end business development for 20 years and they got played in the end. I got what I wanted and they had to let a car go cheaper than they wanted. Sad part- many people get screwed by these misogynistic criminals, so I will write BBB and place alerts everywhere I possibly can. More

According to one of their workers they price their cars low online to be "competitive". But once you go in, they have "add ons" that add more to the price (in my case, about 2 grand). I understand that there are fees & taxes - but the adds on were not included on CarGurus, EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE ON THE STICKER. The salesperson I dealt with was nice. However the first person I spoke to about financing started nice but ending up being rude, shady and tried to use scare tactics on me. They tried to sell me on the GAP Insurance and a warranty and said that if I didn't get those the bank/finance would not offer me a lower APR. Which is incorrect. After I would not agree to their pricing, he said that I had wasted his time because I wasn't negotiating... Because I would not agree to pay for the "add ons" that were not included in the advertised price. More

False Advertising and bait and switch tactics We purchased a used 2019 Toyota 4 Runner from them. The car was advertised with key less entry. I was given a valet key to test drive the vehicle. We purchased a used 2019 Toyota 4 Runner from them. The car was advertised with key less entry. I was given a valet key to test drive the vehicle. We drove 70 miles to see the car. We could not find a white one near us in Northern LA County. We drove two hours to get there. We purchased the vehicle with CASH. We asked for an alarm system and an extended warranty. We were told the warranty would be accepted at any Hyundai dealership (we questioned that since we bought a Toyota). We paid for those items in the amount of $4,442.00. CASH After signing all the papers we were taken out to the car and handed the valet key. I asked what about the key fobs that operate the key less entry and set the alarm. The salesman said they didn't get those keys when they got the car. The car had been on their lot for over 20 days. The day after the purchase we spent another $247.31. We sent the bill to the dealership to pay us back. They said that they didn't owe us that money just because they advertised key less entry, they never had those keys to give us, so they would not reimburse us for that. Within 3 days of purchasing the car, we tried to get the alarm system to work,. It didn't. We took it to a Toyota dealership close to our home and there is no alarm system and Toyota will not honor the extended warranty we paid for, neither would the Hyundai dealership down the street. I was sent a form to fill out to cancel the warranty, but the paperwork asked for a dealer number, I was not being given that by Russell Westbrook dealership. I found something that said it was a dealer number and filled out the form completely and signed it. All the dealer had to do was sign and date it and send it to the warranty company and send me a copy of the completed form I have been waiting for 7 days for them to sign and send it in to the warranty company and to me.. The 30 days to cancel the warranty and to make claims for the items we paid for but were never given is almost up and now they won't respond to my calls or emails. I feel that this dealership does a bait and switch scam and false advertising between the keys, the alarm and the warranty. Then throw in we are in our golden years, and the whole deal hurts more. Never trust a used car salesman is what this has taught us. Sad that an NBA star has his name attached to such a horrible business. More
