Mr. Smirz, I tried to contact you, but your staff refused to put me through your voicemail. Then somebody from your office called and told me to bring the car to take care of the issues which i did but you know what happened. Nothing. They had my car all day and fixed nothing. They offered me a free detail and gas. That was more insulting than anything. Sir, if you truly care about your customers, if you genuinely are offering to make this a positive experience for your customer, then only you have the power to do it. You are in charge of running the business and the buck stops with you. Get my contact number from my customer file, make an effort to reach me, hear me out, have my car issues fixed and i will write about what you did here and everywhere i can. Its your call Mr. Smirz, it really is.

I tried to contact the General Manager per his public request in response to my review here. I did not reach him and my message was responded by one of his employees who offered a free detail and a tank of gas. I mentioned the squeaking brakes and he advised to bring the car in to check. I took the car in, left it all day for them to take care of. when i picked up the car, there was no paperwork on it that showed anything being done. I was told that it was fixed but a service department always will give you some documentation of their work. i got nothing. The only thing i got was a car wash and an old estimate from 6 months before i bought the car which stated that the AC compressor should be replaced and never was. That explains my AC blowing hot air. So if Mr. Smirz the General Manager takes the time to ask for an opportunity to help resolve a customer issue and not even get involved in any way,and making matters worse, then why bother responding to your customers? To prove that your dealership lacks the leadership required for doing their best in their service? Is the response a way to show publicly that you care yet you have no intention to do anything. You wated more of my time, helped me discover the truth about this car being a lemon, and helped in my decision to get this resolved through the protections that we have in this country against being cheated, lied to and stolen from. Thank you Mr. General Manager for making it all so much worse.

Ken- I appreciate your response. I chose the next closest dealer which is the Hyundai in Garden Grove. From the moment I stepped out of my car, to meeting the manager, they were all amazing. They had no idea who I was but they treated me with a 5 star treatment. I believe it starts from the top. I received this treatment in Anaheim for years up until this incident. I’m saddened but I’ll take my business elsewhere.
