Eman Vafaei- the worst customer service. Sad that he’s a client retention manager. I have leased a car at Russell Westbrook since 2011. I've continued to lease at this specific Hyundai because of the excellent customer service. I walked in and spoke to Eman Vafaei (client retention manager). As I walked into his office, he seemed irritated and kept asking me what I wanted to do. I told him I wanted to see what my options were and he said again in an irritated voice, "I still don't know what you want to do." He was very short with his answers and seemed disinterested. I can't believe this guy is a retention manager. I cannot imagine how many more people he would retain if he had better leadership skills. I have never ever been treated this way at this particular Hyundai. I also cannot believe how many 5 star reviews he has received. I looked at DealerRater website and they have this dealers true reviews. From the looks of it, the reviews significantly changed about a year ago. There must have been a leadership change. This is the first time I'm considering stopping my lease with Anaheim Hyundai and it's sad that it's because of this one guy. I'll be calling corporate. More

He made sure I knew all the important safety and upgraded design features for the car during the test drive. Then was very good about staying in contact during the two week wait I had till I was ready to actually start the purchase process. He made sure the exact car/model/trim/interior color I wanted was there waiting for me to look at at my scheduled appointment. And he did everything he could to help get me to a price I was comfortable with. He then proceeded to make sure all the financial details were very clear and understandable before even making it into the finance office. In the finance office I dealt with another great guy, who was only on his second day I believe, and actually had a good time signing paperwork too. We ended up being the last ones on the lot that night and Cliff stayed with me until we drove off around 1030pm. I have never had such an amazing Car buying experience. More

There vehicles. Do not purchase any used vehicles from their inventories. There’s not a single preowned inspections on their vehicles. It’s all lies. There is a even a gum sticked on the door compartment. If upper management or general manager of dealership sees this. I highly recommend to contact me immediately, before your dealership have further damaged on your reputation. I might also pursue legal action against the dealership for auto fraud and misrepresentation claim. More
Habitual liars, all of them. Hidden fees, fake discounts, all were quite obvious and silly. "You don't want a red car, cops pull over red cars." Non existent dealer options that can't be removed, supposedly. all were quite obvious and silly. "You don't want a red car, cops pull over red cars." Non existent dealer options that can't be removed, supposedly. Aftermarket GPS that costs $1400 and can't be removed. Nitrogen in tires for $175. Magic coating on the paint. Fake outrage "We are losing money at that price." Fool around with 3 clowns (salesmen) that try to wear you down. Kind of unbelievable how childish it was. Notice the reviews took a nosedive about a year ago. Avoid this place. I went right to another dealer and bought a car for $3500 less and 1 year newer with no lies. More

He promised to replace it after purchase because it doesn't have a car light. However, when I called after the purchase without contact from the person in charge, he said that other staff members did not listen. After all, they didn't replace it. Before that, it was a persistent sales. I wasn't satisfied with the amount, so when I decided to go home, I lowered the price many times. However, this was before work, and it took me more than two hours to come to the store and it became a hassle, so I bought it after all, but after that I broke my promise. I guess I was desperate to sell it, but I wasted money and time. There is only stress and anger. If you want to sell your car, throw away the trash in your car and clean it. If the electricity is off, replace it before selling. Please don't lie. I haven't promised to call for more than a week. I thought it was a scam. More
Dear Sales Manager (whose name I cannot seem to get from your employee), I spoke with you recently regarding pricing options for a Kona lease. The items listed require further discussion in order to take your employee), I spoke with you recently regarding pricing options for a Kona lease. The items listed require further discussion in order to take any offer into consideration: MSRP, residual value, money factor, total lease cost, hidden fees/additional unrequested items. I sat down with you and received very little clarity or flexibility on the aforementioned. With the exception of reallocating seemingly inflated prices over longer lease terms, spewing nonsensical jargon and scribbling numbers on scratch paper, I am confused about what deal you think you were offering me. Even more so, I am confused at your reaction to my refusal of such an ambiguous “offer”. You clearly misread me. Your rudimentary sales tactics were quite obvious, leaving my intelligence insulted and time wasted. You completely disrespected me with your misogynistic tone and I am – I use this word sparingly – flabbergasted by your storming away from our conversation whilst I was mid-sentence. A grown man behaving like a child is very off-putting. I understand leasing a Kona at this time may not render the lessee a great deal given the market and depreciation, and I fully accept that. Nonetheless, your professionalism and poise fell short of the standard I would expect from a Sales Manager, which isn’t very high to begin with. My experience was exemplary of the low ratings your dealership maintains – I hope that this is something you will work on, not only for potential buyers, but for your sales team. I would be remiss if I did not let you know that for those reasons I will not be considering Russell Westbrook Anaheim for any immediate or future needs. More

Lot of phone calls and emails trying to get me to go there, and I was told we are willing to negotiate, JUST COME OVER. I told Jacob (don't forget this name) I have 2 hours drive please confirm with me my budget is $25000 out the door, and your total is $27150, can you work with this price? His answer was yes, JUST COME OVER, Long story short this is what happened: 1. He lied about the negotiation. 2. The car I looked at was different. 3. He made me fill all kind of paper before I saw the details. 4. He added $3700 item to the price of the car that was never mentioned on the website, the many emails, and nor over the many phone calls. 5. I confronted him about all this stuff he said to me, I WAS GOING TO TELL YOU AFTER YOU GET HERE. 6. He insisted the price is great regardless of the $3700+tax. Over 4 hours of driving only to deal with lies and dishonesty by him and another person. I was furious and I recommend to never go to this dealership unless they email you and invoice with all details including vin number, and even then I would say give your business to someone who deserves it. F-Rating with Better Business Bureau. Buyer Beware, read all the reviews of the dishonesty and overcharges. I leased a 2021 Hyundai Kona, and they overcharged with me with hidden fees. They do not re read all the reviews of the dishonesty and overcharges. I leased a 2021 Hyundai Kona, and they overcharged with me with hidden fees. They do not return phone calls, and also Hyundai America Consumer Affairs contacted them also on my behalf and they won't return their phone calls. It is so sad reading all these negative reviews of wonderful nice people coming into this dealership, and they are swindled. More
Dishonesty leaves a terrible taste in your mouth! I bought a car (2021 Santa Fe). Love the car but I hate to be lied to and deceived!!! This dealer took me for $3,269 plus tax. You buy a car for a stic bought a car (2021 Santa Fe). Love the car but I hate to be lied to and deceived!!! This dealer took me for $3,269 plus tax. You buy a car for a sticker price of $40,760. By the time they get done with the contract. You are looking at $48,000! There’s the usual tax, licensing and registration fees. But be aware of the tactics this dealer uses. THE ADD ON PACKAGE!! GPS is an add on package!! I should have a say so whether I want that or not! $1,595!! Tint for $795! Yes! Tint!! Are you kidding me? $700 for surface protectant. xxx is that? It’s $700 they are adding to the price of the car!! $179 for a Nitrofill package!! I don’t need nitrogen in the tires and I don’t need the roadside that comes with it!! I have AAA!! To lie and tell me that these items are sold on all your cars is criminal. I’m a veteran who served our country. I’m also employed in the medical field. So very important with the Covid situation that I deal with on a daily basis as I deal with doctors and testing. I have dedicated my life to the people of this country. And this is the treatment that I get! To be told that they value your service when you are purchasing a car. That’s so much hypocrisy! The almighty dollar rears it’s ugly head and my years of service means absolutely nothing!! They give me a rebate for being a veteran only to stiff me with these charges that are NOT STANDARD!! Be careful of these deceitful unethical practices that I have experienced!! It’s not right!! More
