Worst place to buy a vehicle 😒 the minute they get you in the door they promise you the world but they do not deliver. No customer service what so ever. When I went to pick it up, I told them that I wanted to test drive the car they said no problem so out comes the tech that supposedly work on the car. Heotions tha he is going to drive the car... I said no .I need to test drive it my self, tha he was not going to be my chauffeur and he said OK. So I got in the vehicle drove it for half a block, and I pointed out the problem he said I don't feel the kerning motion that you are mentioning, so the car does the jerking motion harder! Then he goes yes you are right I do feel it.We drove back to the service department, he talk to his supervisor? his supervisor jumps in the car to test drive it. I jump in the car with him to point out the problem. soon as we got in the car he got on the phone to talk to his wife! how do you test drive a vehicle when you are distracted with talking on phone.. We got back and he argued that there was nothing wrong with car , I said you can't said that cause you were on the phone. HE REPLIED THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE CAR . I said that there was. AGAIN HE REPLIED IF I SAID THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE CAR! THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE CAR. I ASK TO SEE THE GENERAL MANER HIS REPLIED WAS GOOD LUCK HIS NEVER HERE HE MANAGES 3 DEALERS.... I had the worst car buying experience here. Not only the car cost me $5000 more than what the listed price. I never got to test drive it because they were in a rush to sell it after the dealership was alrea car cost me $5000 more than what the listed price. I have had the car for over 2 months and my brakes have been squeaky the entire time, AC blows hot air. I took it to them for brakes to be fixed and they kept the car all day and didn't fix anything but told me it was fixed. Didn't get a receipt of service. Should I go on? It just feels terrible to be taken advantage of in such way. I encourage any car buyer to run and go buy elsewhere and save yourself the stress. More
This dealership gives absolutely horrible customer service. The salesmen are okay (I guess because they want your money) but after they get your money, all courtesy ends. I bought my car from them online and when I took it in for the first scheduled service they charged me for things that the car didn’t need and I was told when I bought the car that I would get free service for the first few years of my car’s life. Additionally, they are difficult to reach for service scheduling. Buy your car from another dealership and don’t go to this dealer for service. More

When I did find a dealership (it was Tustin Hyundai) selling new cars at MSRP, this Westbrook Hyundai dealership had the nerve to call them out. I mean, I was right there, and had the deal lined up - of course I had to wait for it to ship in - but hey you can't fault me for shopping around when dealerships like this MARKUP their new cars like crazy. It's just a matter of who they think will pay for the extra price. Will it be you? Certainly not me! They lose nothing if they sell a car at MSRP, give me a break! Don't negotiate with air (inflated markups). YES, you will have to play the games at this dealership. More
Shady practices, will charge you an additional $4000 for extras that they force on you. All useless stuff that makes them money. I ended up with a $34000 debt on a $14000 used nissan. They apparently only resurfaced the rotors and replaced only the rear pads, wth...my brakes make a squeaky sound and I just made my first car payment. Don't experience what i experienced. Save yourself headaches and stress and buy elsewhere. Unless you thrive on being ripped off.lied to, stolen from, cheated and spit out. That what this place will do to you. You've been warned. I've continued to lease at this specific Hyundai because of the excellent customer service. I walked in and spoke to Eman Vafaei (client retention manager). As I walked into his office, he seemed irritated and kept asking me what I wanted to do. I told him I wanted to see what my options were and he said again in an irritated voice, "I still don't know what you want to do." He was very short with his answers and seemed disinterested. I can't believe this guy is a retention manager. I cannot imagine how many more people he would retain if he had better leadership skills. I have never ever been treated this way at this particular Hyundai. I also cannot believe how many 5 star reviews he has received. I looked at DealerRater website and they have this dealers true reviews. From the looks of it, the reviews significantly changed about a year ago. There must have been a leadership change. This is the first time I'm considering stopping my lease with Anaheim Hyundai and it's sad that it's because of this one guy. I'll be calling corporate. More
I spent weeks going to different dealerships in the area, speaking to more than a handful of salesman, Cliff was the first person to try to "sell" me a car. Then was very good about staying in contact during the two week wait I had till I was ready to actually start the purchase process. He made sure the exact car/model/trim/interior color I wanted was there waiting for me to look at at my scheduled appointment. And he did everything he could to help get me to a price I was comfortable with. He then proceeded to make sure all the financial details were very clear and understandable before even making it into the finance office. In the finance office I dealt with another great guy, who was only on his second day I believe, and actually had a good time signing paperwork too. We ended up being the last ones on the lot that night and Cliff stayed with me until we drove off around 1030pm. I have never had such an amazing Car buying experience. More
I’m writing regarding to the recent purchased pre owned vehicles. Do not purchase any used vehicles from their inventories. There’s not a single preowned inspections on their vehicles. It’s all lies. There is a even a gum sticked on the door compartment. If upper management or general manager of dealership sees this. I highly recommend to contact me immediately, before your dealership have further damaged on your reputation. I might also pursue legal action against the dealership for auto fraud and misrepresentation claim. More
