Ken- I appreciate your response. I chose the next closest dealer which is the Hyundai in Garden Grove. From the moment I stepped out of my car, to meeting the manager, they were all amazing. They had no idea who I was but they treated me with a 5 star treatment. I believe it starts from the top. I received this treatment in Anaheim for years up until this incident. I’m saddened but I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I have contacted your dealership from day 1, when the lease took place on 3/22/2021, with numerous telephone calls, and several e-mails. Never received a return call, as only have gotten voice mail. Hyundai America Consumer Affairs, indicated they never received any return calls either, after them trying for over two weeks. It truly saddening how so many people came into your dealership for a positive experience, and were truly taken advantage of. I had an exceptional trade-in of a 2018 Toyota Rav4 in immaculate condition, with only 3,074 miles, which I saw immediately on your website, and sold within 5 days. I was honest and forthright with you all, and only wanted the same in return.

Still shocked of the treatment, and ignoring my phone calls and e-mails. And even getting Hyundai America Consumer Affairs involved, and you all ignored them too. Always had a positive experience at a dealership over the years, and found that I should have done more research, with all the negative experiences so many have had at this dealership.

I guess you wasn’t that concerned. As I speculated. Just lip service. I called your office and left a message. You didn’t bother to gat a hold of me. That was last week!! So my next step is to do what I advise other consumers. To fight back. The bully (dealer) picking on the little guy (consumer). Well, we do have options! First you file a complaint with the DMV. File a complaint with the Department of Consumer Affairs. If those options don’t work. Then you file a case with the court (small claims). If that’s what I have to do. Then that’s what will be done!! I’m not going to allow your dealership to rip me off of $3,400!!! When I win in court. I’m tempted to get a few people to picket right down the street. It’s all legal and you can’t get me for slander because of the courts ruling. All this for $3,400!! That’s peanuts for you but not for me!!! Be aware of their add on packages that are not standard!!!!!!!!
