Don't fall for the spiel about how dealerships strive for great customer satisfaction and how they want to help you during and after your purchase, it's xxxxxxxx. New, young and female buyers be cautious. great customer satisfaction and how they want to help you during and after your purchase, it's xxxxxxxx. New, young and female buyers be cautious. I ignored my better judgement and advice of my husband and purchased a used WRX from this dealership. I can fill this review with details on how we were ripped off with add-ons and deceiving sales tactics but the 10 plus pages of negative reviews from other customers has already covered that for me. Off the bat we were given the spiel regarding their high standards and rigorous enspection on their used vehicles, how they stand by each used vehicle blah blah blah...tell me why in less than 2 weeks of having this car the clutch is burnt out and has to be replaced?! The visor from one of the windows AND the front lip flew off on the freeway!! So now we have to pay over $1900 to replace the clutch and these cosmetic issues that they so proudly flaunted that they inspected. I called the dealership to talk about these issues - just the response from the guy that answered my call after explaining our experience was enough for me. This pompous xxxxxxx says "So what is your purpose with this call, what do you want us to do?" He then pretends to get the manager and comes back to the phone and tells me (surprise!), the manager is busy and will call me back. I leave my contact and 4 days later here I am. More
Worked with sales person named Justin who has NO integrity. We came in looking for an EV and he came prancing out and right off the bat, he told us that if we bought the Kona AV that we would get 2 integrity. We came in looking for an EV and he came prancing out and right off the bat, he told us that if we bought the Kona AV that we would get 2 years of free charging. We were very clear to him in response to this and said this is very influential for our decision. He then lied further and told is that the 2 year free charging is going to be enhanced to 3 years and that we would get grandfathered in for 3. So we said, even better! We go to sit down and write a contract and he says, someone else is also writing a contract on the same car so we need to do this quickly so we get the car before they do! I just rolled my eyes at this fool. What a liar and it don't matter to us cuz we were going to buy anyway because of the 2 years (to be upgraded to 3 years) free charging. I asked him about 5 different times to show me the literature and contract about free charging during the THREE hours it took them to write the contract. They kept us waiting hours for their "finance guy" to get the paperwork ready. But when I keep asking this fool Justin to give me the free charging info, he then gives me a pamphlet about the charging company which says nothing about free charging, And so he was thinking we were too dumb to actually read the garbage he gave us to mislead us. I asked this fool again and again for the documentation about free charging so many times and he keeps saying, yes, no problem. When we were leaving AFTER signing the contract, this dirtbag liar Justin then says, oh I just talked to one of my colleagues and maybe it is free 250kwh only (this is about 1000 miles), but don't worry cuz I'm gonna get to the bottom of this, blah blah blah. Next day this fool texts us and says there isn't any 2 or 3 years, so we said this is ridiculous and we want to escalate this, get us your boss to talk to. So this fool then tells us that the manager from yesterday isn't in today and that is who we need to talk to, so we need to wait until next day when he comes back and then that manager will call us. Guess what, no manager called us at all. So now we are talking to attorneys in order to sue this fraudulent company. More
THE worst experience purchasing a vehicle, ever! Please read the reviews prior to visiting this dealership. I just spoke one of sales person from this dealership. He is asking me $5,000 mark-up. It is understandable to have some mark-up, but this dealership charges %67 more than other dealership. RIDICULOUS!!! He is asking me $5,000 mark-up. It is understandable to have some mark-up, but this dealership charges %67 more than other dealership. RIDICULOUS!!! I wouldn't do any business with them. Update: Dealership contacted me with no mark-up on a gas version of Kona. At lease they are trying. Also, the sales agent mentioned their would work with Hyundai Circle program. I will see if I can make a deal when I visit them next week. More

I would give this dealer ZERO stars if I could. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE. They are poor excuses for human beings who do crooked business. My husband had been negotiating after a test drive, finally a THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE. They are poor excuses for human beings who do crooked business. My husband had been negotiating after a test drive, finally agreed on a final price with the salesman, and put $1,000 deposit to reserve a car in transit. When he got the call to come pick up the car after it had arrived at the dealer, he took off work early so he could remove all our belongings from our trade in and clean it. He also cancelled an order for a car we had previously placed a month ago since we were picking this car up sooner. When he got to the dealer, they took him back to the car to see it and the manager came running up saying he would no longer honor the agreed upon price because they had made a "mistake" selling my husband this car. They offered to give it to him for $4,000 more as a "favor". Needless to say my husband walked out empty handed after getting his deposit back. And now we have no car since our back up car had been cancelled thinking we were picking this car up that day. As an ICU nurse who was hit by a reckless driver head-on while driving home from the hospital on Christmas Eve, I have to say this dealer has added 10x more stress to the life of our family with their dishonesty and money-hungry selfish way of thinking. SHAME ON YOU. More
DO NOT TRUST. Just had probably the worst experience at a dealer I have experienced in awhile. It started off great. We had an inquiry for the new Ioniq 5 and set up a test drive the day after inquiring a dealer I have experienced in awhile. It started off great. We had an inquiry for the new Ioniq 5 and set up a test drive the day after inquiring about it. We arrived at our appointment time and was met by their "product specialist". We went on the the test drive and although we were not allowed to take it beyond the area right around the dealership, we were impressed. We even were able to teach their "specialist" some features about the vehicle which surprised me. This should of been the sign of things to come. After the test drive, we sat down to talk about numbers. We did the usual back and forth as they had a dealership markup on the the Ioniq 5 and we were trading in our current vehicle. We were talking about two different trims, the SEL and Limited trims until we had to leave due to family obligations. The next day, we communicated through email and made an offer for a Limited trim, out the door, which they accepted. Went in that night, reviewed the deal several times, and confirmed we were talking about the Limited trim that in transit. Our sales rep/specialist checked with the managers several times and confirmed $63K out the door in writing with the deal sheet that broke down all the numbers. We put down the deposit and was informed it would be about a week before the car would arrive. Next morning, we received a call that the car had arrived earlier than expected and it would be ready that afternoon for pickup. I took off time from work, cleaned out the trade-in and headed to the dealership excited to get our new car. When I arrived, the dealership was a buzz as this was the first Limited trim they had received and everyone was excited to see it. They pulled it up right before washing it and let me take a look before we went in to sign papers. After being congratulated by several of their sales reps, I was led to the lounge where I waited for an hour, as I was told the sales rep helping me was busy.... which should of been an indication something was about to go south. I was all of a sudden greeted by a manager and was then led to a private room. There they dropped the bomb and said they could not honor this deal as they had miscalculated. I told them we had agreed the previous day and I even made sure they reviewed everything several times ... from the numbers to double checking the VIN and stock number we were discussing. I was told they know and they were embarrassed by their mistake. Instead of rectifying it, the further insulted me by insisting on tacking on another $4K to complete the deal if I wanted to walk out with the Ioniq 5 we had agreed upon. Since we were off by $4K and as a "favor" to me and not wanting to waste more of my time, they refunded my deposit and showed me the door. Bottom line, DO NOT TRUST. This is not the customer service you expect when spending thousands of dollars of your hard earned money. To accept an offer, come in and review all numbers prior to putting down a deposit, to showing you the car prior to finishing the deal and even congratulating you on your new purchase, just to pull it out at the last minute and tack on $4K is insulting and shady. My recommendation is to go elsewhere if you want to deal with a honest dealership. At least they will tell you they want to tack on $10K up front and will not negotiate. More

Had a problem with a vehicle ,they kept my car for in the door they promise you the world but they do not deliver. No customer service what so ever. I had the worst car buying experience here. Not only the car cost me $5000 more than what the listed price. I never got to test drive it because they were in a rush to sell it after the dealership was alrea car cost me $5000 more than what the listed price. I never got to test drive it because they were in a rush to sell it after the dealership was already closed. Never got a carfax report even though they had me sign that I was given one. I have had the car for over 2 months and my brakes have been squeaky the entire time, AC blows hot air. I took it to them for brakes to be fixed and they kept the car all day and didn't fix anything but told me it was fixed. Didn't get a receipt of service. Should I go on? It just feels terrible to be taken advantage of in such way. I encourage any car buyer to run and go buy elsewhere and save yourself the stress. More
