DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! ! Called two hrs prior to arriving to make sure vehicle I wanted was available, showed up was told by Sal he would grab keys, was told short time late ! Called two hrs prior to arriving to make sure vehicle I wanted was available, showed up was told by Sal he would grab keys, was told short time later he was looking for a box that contained the keys, was then told car was in the shop getting a tire prepared, and would not be able to see car, was offered another car Waited over 15 min, Sal never came back, all the while we where entertained by fellow salesman talking about how their drugged up party night was. After leaving Sal proceeds to repeatedly call and text. Then has the audacity to text he wouldn't have brought the car if he knew we were leaving, 15 min is more than enough time for a car to be brought out, he must have been making the actual keys.. This is so called management behavior . More
I cannot recommend this place enough. If you go, ask for JIMMY WILLIAMS!!!!! I called ahead about the car I was interested in and he had the car all set for a test drive when I got there. If you go, ask for JIMMY WILLIAMS!!!!! I called ahead about the car I was interested in and he had the car all set for a test drive when I got there. The entire time he was nothing but supportive and helpful, never pressuring me into anything. He hooked us up with a great deal and made this the absolute best car buying experience I could have asked for. He is kind, funny, and truly a genuine person. Which is such a breath of fresh air, especially amongst car salesmen. If you are looking to buy a car, COME HERE AND ASK FOR JIMMY!!! More
DONT EVER BUY A CAR FROM ANAHEIM HYUNDIA💥 They Sell Cars Without Inspections. Instead “RUN” away from this Horrible Dealership, especially if the sales rep is “ROGELIO CANO” who isn’t helping me at all, Without Inspections. Instead “RUN” away from this Horrible Dealership, especially if the sales rep is “ROGELIO CANO” who isn’t helping me at all, along with the Manger “Hector” who isn’t returning my calls or text messages, and blowing me off, no help or response. I purchased my 2022 BMW 430i with 21,320 miles on it, and I ask the sales rep did they inspect the car before selling it, they said yes we went through the entire car before we sold it. After purchasing the car, I was driving it and the BRAKE light came on, and I downloaded the BMW app and it said that my “Brakes Pads” needed to be replaced, I called the dealership spoke with Rogelio and Hector who said sorry we can’t help you, we don’t work on BMW, I said wait, so how did you inspect the BMW before you sold it? I told them that I only had driven the car 8,138 miles and it mostly sits in the garage and I only drive it on the weekends now the brakes are gone out???? So I then I tried to download my sales documents, and the system wouldn’t work, so I called and called the dealership for help and got the run around from Hector who is the manager, and he gave me his number to text him, which I did and no response from him. Long story short, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, Don’t buy a car from this Horrible Dealership. Horrible Experience at Anaheim Hyundai – Beware! I had a terrible experience at Anaheim Hyundai, and I feel compelled to warn others before they waste their time and energy like I did. I found I had a terrible experience at Anaheim Hyundai, and I feel compelled to warn others before they waste their time and energy like I did. I found a car through my company's employee purchase program on the TrueCar website, with a quoted out-the-door (OTD) price of $28,500 at the Anaheim dealership. I made arrangements to visit the dealership to see the car in person. The initial experience was pleasant—the salesperson was professional, and the test drive went smoothly. However, everything went downhill once we started discussing numbers. The dealership began adding outrageous markups, including unnecessary add-ons and warranties. All I wanted was for them to honor the price I was quoted on the TrueCar website. This is where things took a turn for the worse. The manager, Mike, came over and tried to justify a price that was $6,000 more than the quoted OTD price. We went back and forth for over 30 minutes, but he flat-out refused to honor the printed quote. After nearly two hours of wasted time, I left the dealership frustrated and disappointed. If you’re reading this, do yourself a favor and avoid Anaheim Hyundai at all costs. They exemplify the type of dealership that gives car buying a bad name. I’m not just venting—I’m genuinely warning anyone considering doing business with them, especially if you’re looking to buy a used car. Save yourself the hassle and cross this dealership off your list. They are out to scam you, no questions asked. You’ve been warned—visit at your own risk. Best of luck out there! More

On March 25th 2024 I went in to see what was going on with my vehicle cuz since the dad bought it I've been having problems with the battery and even on their paperwork shows that they checked the batter with my vehicle cuz since the dad bought it I've been having problems with the battery and even on their paperwork shows that they checked the battery before sales and said it was great and then 30 days after I bought the car no battery good so I had to go to AutoZone to buy a new one. So on March 25th 2024 I came in to see about my battery. What was going on and all it needed was to be bolted down. It was still good and still under factory warranty at AutoZone and they told me AutoZone sold me the wrong battery and that I had to buy a factory battery which was completely a lie. They just wanted my money. I don't know if because I'm a girl. I don't know anything about cars I don't know but they showed me a video how loose it was all this stuff about how AutoZone sold me a wrong battery. But in reality all they wanted was commission off the sales. It's all about money money. No customer service. I should have stayed at Ontario Hyundai but they had a good deal sometimes. Good deals are too good to be true. Stay far away from this place. Trust me it's not worth it More
Same as all of the other reviews. Bait and switch with another vehicle because car I was looking for was out as a loaner. Made an implied agreement on a price on a vehicle only to hav Bait and switch with another vehicle because car I was looking for was out as a loaner. Made an implied agreement on a price on a vehicle only to have them come back and say they couldn’t do that price. They ended adding $600 in extras to the price. My review of myself is a one because I didn’t walk out on the deal. My mistake not looking at the dealership reviews before I shopped this dealership. Hope to maybe same someone else from making the same mistakes I made. More
Dishonesty, disrespectful, unprofessional, Purchased a used car, Jan 31, broke down 3 days later, car was in service from Feb 5th until April 6th when the second loaner car they gave me also broke down used car, Jan 31, broke down 3 days later, car was in service from Feb 5th until April 6th when the second loaner car they gave me also broke down. They never produced any of the vehicle inspections they claimed to have done? any of the work orders on the car they refused to show the two car inspections they claimed to have done, to date I am still waiting for them to pay off the loan. I went in on that Monday April 8th or 9th, where they reluctantly terminated the lease, Rabee the "finance" said I would get my money next day mail (I received it two week slater, and I called every other day and they either would not return my call, or give me a different date for when it was mailed. Hector started of ok, then Easter Sunday he called me demanding me to leave the keys in the loaner car because they had to come get it, I kindly told him my life does not revolve around Hyundai and you can schedule when to switch the car out, as I have plans with my kids. Hector also put the hone down on me because I spoke to him as an adult. Russ was the final guy I dealt with and still am, today is May 1st, the loan still had not been taken care of ( mind you I called capital one and they told me they could've easily just paid of the loan over the phone, I wouldn't send the worst human in History to this dealership More
Absolutely deserve ZERO star if possible Dishonest, Condescending, Unprofessional: Sales person = Yatish Nathraj, Floor Manager = Tariq, Finance Manager = Bryan, Dealership General Manager = Ken Smirz Condescending, Unprofessional: Sales person = Yatish Nathraj, Floor Manager = Tariq, Finance Manager = Bryan, Dealership General Manager = Ken Smirz This is one horrible dealership that everyone should absolutely stay away from. First, they post a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) plug-in hybrid for $17,750. After the test drive Yatish (Sales person) and Tariq (Sales Manager) tried to sell it to us for $28,000 (dishonest) with all the exceedingly expensive adds-on and said, “everyone knows markup is normal for buying a used car.” (condescending). The charging cord and the cargo cover were both missing and there were nicks and dings on the door handles. Why a plug-in hybrid without the charging cord could be sold as CPO is beyond me. When we were about to walk out, Tariq stopped us and offered $20,500 out-the-door (OTD) price with the promise that they would replace the missing charging cord and the cargo cover, plus schedule a time to fix the door handles. But we must accept two adds-on that were already part of the car (some paint protection & GPS tracking for almost $4k). Yatish said he would go and take a charging cord from another car and put it into the one we were buying. Later he came back and said he would order a brand-new one for us to make sure that it matches the car. Both Yatish and Tariq repeatedly promised us that they would take care of it. Yatish said that he would call me the next day morning to schedule the fixes and provide the missing items. We were unfortunate enough to believe them and drive away with an incomplete car with a couple of adds-on that we didn’t want and a couple of missing items and fixes. Second, there were no actions to keep their promises. The next day, Yatish didn’t call as promised. After that, over the course of a couple of months, I sent Yatish emails, text messages, and phone calls almost a dozen times. The typical responses were, if at all, “I have already requested the parts,” “I will follow up with my manager today,” “My manager is the only one who can authorize ordering the parts,” etc. but never ever a firm date that I could go pick up the parts and have the car fixed. Trying to reach Tariq was impossible and we could only left messages at his office number, which he never responded. We’ve also left messages with the General Manager (Ken Smirz) and again no responses. It’s already 10 weeks after the sale and still no action. Lastly, Yatish simply ignored my most recent inquiry. Third, more than 10 weeks after sale, we still haven’t received the license plates from DMV. After checking with DMV, it turns out that the dealer hasn’t completed sending in the paperwork to DMV. (Unprofessional) We could only left messages with the Finance Manager (Bryan) but so far no responses. The paper license plate is about to expire, putting us in a difficult position of not being able to drive the car. Even if you could put up with the first 2 issues, the third one of not completing the registration process with DMV is totally unacceptable. That’s why you should stay away. I read on “dealerrater.com” all the horrible experiences other buyers had with this dealership. They have a miserable 2.0 out of 5 stars rating (as of now, may drop more). Apparently, a lot of people have similar bad experiences with them. So, again, please stay away. More
