Their price was the best I had received, and I told them I wanted to place an order. Since I live 40 plus miles from Milford, I asked if as much of the paperwork as possible could be taken care of by phone or email, and Mark handled everything. Once a VIN was assigned to the order, he kept me informed of the expected delivery date. When the vehicle arrived, Mark and I agreed on a time for me to take delivery. Mark made sure that everything was ready and in order so that when I arrived, things went smoothly. This has been one of the best new car buying experiences I have had. More

Everyone I came in contact at this dealership was pleasant and helpful. Karl answered all my questions and everything he told me over the phone was exactly as he described when I picked up the car. This has not always been the case with my prior car purchases. Although this dealership is more than 60 miles from my home, I would not hesitate to deal with them again. Then Kris Caron would keep us updated on the build. Aaron created a smooth process in the financial part. Once the car arrived, the team followed up with getting it registered and plated (since we live in MA.) All we had to do is show up and Kris welcomed us at the door. He was awesome and explained everything about the car inside and out. This included taking the time to make it really easy to set all the technology in the car to our phones, navigation, music, comfort, safety, etc. Then off into the sunset we drove in our new ride! At some of those places, we were treated inappropriately and lied to. We were extremely discouraged. We HATED wasting our weekends trying to find the right vehicle. Then, we decided on purchasing a 2016 Subaru Crosstrek. We LOVE this car. AMAZING in the snow. Sporty, comfortable. But that wasn't made us totally sold that this vehicle was the right one. What sold us was the way Milford Subaru treated us. We told them what we wanted. And without the back and forth, without the negotiating, without dishonesty, they delivered. It was by far the EASIEST Car Buying experience we've ever had. Kris Caron, our salesman and Jeff Diener, the GM are the reasons we bought this car. They promised they could get this deal done, and they did. I have NEVER trusted a dealership...until now. If you enjoy the stress and hassle of buying a car, go see any other dealership. Got to the dealership at 545 pm there was a sign on the door that they closed early for a company meeting. Never received an email or call that they were closing early. They contacted me on Friday morning asking if we were still interested in the Suzuki. Replied that we were and set up appointment for Saturday morning. Arrived at 10am only to find out that the car was sold the night before. Again never received a call to say the car was sold. There was no sold ticket on it and it was parked in with other cars still for sale. Would never shop or recommend this dealership for anything. If you want to deal with a dealership I would definitely go with someone else. More
