I appreciate the professionalism; graciousness, and demeanor of Wally McEvoy (Sales) and Kelcey Przybyla (Sales Manager) during the sales negotiations which were conducted in a gentlemanly manner, without drama and has to be the best experience I've had in reaching a vehicle sale that both sides ended with a handshake to seal the deal. Sean Belanger, Finance Manager was well prepared and quickly dispositioned what is traditionally a drawn out, stressful exercise.for the customer. Not so with this part of the sale.. And lastly is the friendliness and cheery disposition of Brittany Burton, Business Marketing Manager, who performed the followup to insure final arrangements for the delivery of the new truck went smoothly and on time. One of the best purchasing experiences I’ve ever had I have been on the market for a certified Yukon Denali for quite some time. Even though the vehicle I ended up purchasing wasn’t everything I wanted, I have been on the market for a certified Yukon Denali for quite some time. Even though the vehicle I ended up purchasing wasn’t everything I wanted, namely exterior and interior color choice, the deal was too good to pass up. Even though the dealership is a little small, their choices of pre-owned certified vehicles are pretty good. As soon as I came on the lot, Skyler has been courteous, honest, and a pleasure to deal with. Most salesmen can learn a lesson or two from this young Devil Dog. We were so impressed with the customer service, pricing and how they worked with us. We walked out with a beautiful new vehicle. Kelsey was awesome. He helped us understand things and worked with our budget. Putting us in a new vehicle that is safe yet fun. Louie in finance was funny, professional and friendly.
