This was by far the easiest transaction for a car that I have ever made. I sent in an internet lead and was responded to very promptly by the client care specialist JP. He went over with me the vehicles that the dealership had in stock that closely matched what I was looking for and also went as far as to tell me that if I were to look and they didn't seem to fit that he and his managers could easily find what I was looking for. I set an appt. for the next day and was greeted by JP when I came in and then he introduced me to Steve who was very knowledgable on the product and extremely helpful. When it came down to the numbers the sales manager Justin Fecteau came over and introduced himself and pointed out how the numbers broke down. Based on my experienece up till then in terms of the professionalism and friendliness (as well as a very aggressive price) I decided to buy from them. I would reccomend anybody I know looking for a car to visit this dealership and like I said it made my car purchase very enjoyable and easy. One other thing that I thought I should mention is there were no back and forth good salesman, bad sales manager high pressure sales tactics. Great place to purchase a car from. More
