Brian Lehman aka High 5 quarterbacked the whole deal and made sure everything went smoothly and all of my questions and concerns were covered. William G finalized all of the paper work and was very efficient and thorough and made it a point that I knew what everything meant and that I was comfortable with it. I was trying to locate a new Silverado LTZ Z71 with the 6.2L V8 with little success. Not one of the dealerships I visited suggested I should look at the High Country model, everyone was focusing on LTZ Z71. Finally, Amesbury Chevrolet made that suggestion, and I couldn't be happier. I was impressed by many things; of the 8 dealerships I emailed for information, Amesbury Chevrolet responded; when I got there, the online price quote, was the quote; and it was actually better than the quote after they found applicable rebates for me. They worked hard to earn my business and did so. I would go the distance again to do business with Kelcey, Ralph, and Alex. Amesbury Chevrolet is a nice family run business and I highly recommend it. I did some online research on the Equinox and traverse and wanted to check them both out as I was sure one would fit our needs. I visted some other dealer with less than a good experience. I spoke to my dad and recommend Amesbury Chevrolet as he recently purchased his Colorado from them and was happy with the experience. Later that day I learned that a friend (Kristen) was working here in interent sales. I immediately contacted her and she set up an appointment for us to come in. We got there and met with Walt as he was the same salesman my dad went through. He took us out and showed us both vehicles and we decided to go with a 2017 Traverse LS as the 3rd row seating would work best for us. Once inside they checked out my trade and we did some numbers. These didn't work for my budget, at this point Ralphi came over and we talked over my needs. After a little bit of work we got exactly where I need to be with no pressure from anyone!! I got a great deal with no hassle. Ralphi is the best/ most professional sales manager I have come across in this process. Once the deal was made we met with Alex to do all the financial stuff. He is a great guy and very down to earth and professional. I have already recommended Amesbury to a friend looking for a new car. More
