Walter (sales) was great and did not pressure me into buying and made sure I was getting what I was looking for. He showed the car inside and out before we went for a test drive and showed the features of the car while we went for a test drive. Karyn (finance) was great explaining options and did not pressure me about extra warranty or other add-ons (as some other car dealers do). She explained what was available, and walked through financing options with very helpful alternatives.(number of years, etc.) More

My experience was excellent, great salesman Charlie. I went in looking to lease a small SUV, the new Trax. I was not planning on test driving, just quickly get this done, however, the salesman Charlie i I went in looking to lease a small SUV, the new Trax. I was not planning on test driving, just quickly get this done, however, the salesman Charlie insisted and am I glad he did. We eventually decided to upgrade to the Equinox as the Trax was a but too small for me. He was actually new and Brian also got involved with getting this done. Very professional and helpful. I would recommend both of these guys as it was an enjoyable, but long day. More
