A better experience than the last place I bought from. The first person I dealt with was the business development rep Courtney via email. Super friendly & very helpful. I even had her do some reaserch on the vehicle for me because I was driving two hours to look at this car. She got right back to me. When I reached the dealership I met Courtney & she introduced me to my salesman Charley. A young gentleman who I quickly learned was a car guy like myself & instantly felt comfortable. He got all the info out of the way first so I could just concentrate on the test drive. Loved the car now came the part nobody looks forward to. Haggling. It took awhile but Charley did a great job getting near where I wanted to be. He knew I drove quite a ways to look at this car. Then it was on to finance where I met Karyn. Super nice and extremely intelligent. She explained my options in a way no other person in the finance department of a dealer has ever done. It was enlightening. Very pleased with the dealership, the staff, & experience in general. More
