He is the best car salesperson I have ever met. He is very knowledgeable on cars, including OnStar service and maintenance etc., but if he is not completely sure about something, he will ask the true expert and will not pretend he knows it. His honesty and sincerity is extremely rare in this industry. Next time if you ask for Charley to help you, you can be assured for honesty and an amazing customer service.
