Great Experience at Amesbury Chevy - thank you Eric Can't say enough about how happy we are with our experience at Amesbury Chevy in purchasing our 2018 Chevy Traverse. We live in NH so this was not th Can't say enough about how happy we are with our experience at Amesbury Chevy in purchasing our 2018 Chevy Traverse. We live in NH so this was not the closest Chevy dealership to us, but we stumbled upon it on a whim as we were passing by on I-95. We wanted to see a Traverse with the Redline Package and saw online they had one. We pulled in just after a snow storm and Eric was outside helping with the clean up. Even though we told him we did not have time to check out the car for a drive, he still cleared the snow off so we could see it. After a less than stellar experience with out local Chevy dealership I called Eric and in about an hour we had agreed on a deal. The process was smooth and painless. Eric sat with us when we came to pick up the car and reviewed all the ins and outs of the car with us. Hopefully post-sales services is just as great as our buying experience. More

Great Service when buying new car I had been to a few other dealerships and was not impressed with the style of sales/customer service. Going to Amesbury Chev was refreshing - Kelcey w I had been to a few other dealerships and was not impressed with the style of sales/customer service. Going to Amesbury Chev was refreshing - Kelcey was made us feel very comfortable and took the time to explain our options of buying/leasing in detail. We also appreciated that he was not pushy at all. When buying previous cars, finance was unmemorable. That is not the case at Amesbury Chevrolet. Karyn honestly made the experience.
