Car Buying Made Easy My wife and I traveled from Cape Cod (2 and 1/2 hours drive) to see a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle that we found on the internet. Our intention was to My wife and I traveled from Cape Cod (2 and 1/2 hours drive) to see a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle that we found on the internet. Our intention was to test drive a 2015 GMC Terrain Denali. If we were pleased with the vehicle, we would compare it to another, probably a Ford Explorer. We were trading a sedan for a SUV, so we needed a point of reference to make sure it would be a satisfactory purchase. Because we were traveling a great distance, Josh Brown, salesperson, communicated with us to make the viewing a real easy process. He greeted us, showed us the vehicle we came to see, we test drove it, looked at our trade, presented us with a fair offer. BUT, he knew, he could read us, and see we that, although the 2015 GMC Terrain Denali was nice, we wanted something else. He presented to us a most excellent alternative. Knowing our price point and working the deal he presented, Josh produced a 2015 Cadillac SRX, he wanted us to try an alternative and not have us leave to visit another dealer. It was tremendous, and the offer that Josh and Ralph Clough, Sales Manager, presented was unbelievable . The same offer originally presented for the GMC Terrain Denali, was offered for the Cadillac. We could not be happier. A great move sold us not only on the vehicle, but on the whole experience. Thank you Josh, Brittany, Ralph and Brian, we really appreciate it, Carol and John. More
