The reality is you don't appreciate the feedback. You have severe staffing issues. And it's ruining your business. I have bought so many new Fords in my life and due to my experience with your dealership I am never buying another Ford ever again. I do have other concerns quite frankly. I wrote to your Office Manager today, Wendy, to follow up on you paying off my Trade In. You sold the Trade in. Our deal was done 14 days ago. You still have not paid off my trade! You were provided a 10-day payoff with the expectation of it to be paid off in that time frame. No surprise, your Office Manager Wendy, never replied back. This summarizes folks, the type of Service you can expect after the sale from this Dealership.

Our guest’s satisfaction is our absolute highest priority. Mr. Mahon, as you are aware, your truck is still under full factory warranty. Unfortunately, we were waiting on a back-ordered part, which is highly frustrating after purchasing a new truck, and why we offered to replace your F-150 at no charge with a brand new one, with many different trucks to choose from, several of which had higher MSRP’s than the one you purchased. We apologize for the unfortunate nature of the current supply chain and parts delays, and wanted to do everything possible to make your experience with our dealership a positive one. Ford also offered to buy your truck back, or you had the option of waiting on the back-ordered part to arrive, while we provided a brand new F-150 as a complimentary loaner during parts delivery. You were presented with those 3 options, brand new truck at no additional cost, Ford buys your truck back, or wait for the part to arrive and keep the one you purchased. You decided to sue Ford and our dealership instead, a first for us in our 11 years here in Ames. Again, we apologize for the unfortunate nature of the supply chain and how frustrating parts delays can be after purchasing a new vehicle(the warranty replacement parts have since arrived as you know), and certainly tried everything at our disposal to help make the outcome here as positive as possible.
