The gentleman who answered my inquiry was very professional and polite. I did not pay attention to the location, otherwise I believe we could have done business. I have not told him yet, but it professional and polite. I did not pay attention to the location, otherwise I believe we could have done business. I have not told him yet, but it's just to far to there location. If I don't get ahold of him, I would like to say "Thank you ", for your time and energy. P.s. I never received the current pictures of the vehicle. More
Bought a Ford Edge (bought as-is no warranty) and drove it home that night. The next day the check engine light came on. Took to Ford dealer and checked out ($230) and said water in oil that it needs a mot it home that night. The next day the check engine light came on. Took to Ford dealer and checked out ($230) and said water in oil that it needs a motor. Called American Motors talked to Cory ( manager) and he told me to bring back (tow $250) and have his mechanic look at it. He looked at it and agreed water in oil. Needs new motor ($5500) later and no help from American Motors. Out almost $6000 and nothing from American Motors More

If I could give negative stars, I definitely would. In August 2021, I purchased a super nice-looking vehicle from these people that was in great shape and seemed to run like a dream on my test drive. The August 2021, I purchased a super nice-looking vehicle from these people that was in great shape and seemed to run like a dream on my test drive. The first red flag when trying to purchase was that the banks would not pay the almost $15K they were asking. The bank contacted me and said they would allow me the loan, but at $5K less than what the dealership was asking. After some research, I understood why. I paid $1,000 down and signed for the $10k the dealership agreed to. When I asked why they came off the price, the manager indicated, "if we can make somebody happy, we will do that rather than having to take it to auction". That should have been another red flag for me. But, I was in love with the car and couldn't see that there could be anything wrong with it. I drove it to my job the next day 45 minutes away from home and it died on me in the middle of an intersection. That's a very dangerous situation. After taking it to 5 different shops and paying almost $600, the conclusion is that the entire exhaust system has to be replaced in this car because it was used for racing and nobody will work on it because it has been butchered. Nobody can tell what is in it because all the parts are different and forced together which causes the car to indicate and act as though there's a vacuum leak. I've been given a price tag of almost $9,000 to fix it, which is almost what I paid for the vehicle. I'm fixing it myself. I am telling you, though. Do not trust these people. They knew this the whole time. More
Incredible people! I've read some of the reviews about bad service, quality etc...and I can tell you first hand I DIDNT SEE IT!.... These people were nothing but courteo I've read some of the reviews about bad service, quality etc...and I can tell you first hand I DIDNT SEE IT!.... These people were nothing but courteous to me!...courteous doesn't describe it accurately they treated me ROYALTY ....I flew in from Colorado especially for a particular truck I had been searching for to test drive and hopefully drive back to Co. David (fantastic guy) picked me up in Memphis at the airport drove me 45 min to motel, the next morning Tony (another great guy) brought the truck to the motel (now here's the unfortunate but almost comical part) 2 blocks before the motel the hood flew back (wasn't latched all the way) wiped out hood, grill, hinges, valence and damaged tops of fenders, Tony was beside himself! He couldn't believe it.... Honestly when that truck came around the corner I about fell on the ground lol Long story short we test drove the truck and I bought it. Tony and I drove to Memphis (2 1/2 hour round trip) for new hood and grill while they took my truck to repair shop, unfortunately the repairs were rather extensive and I couldn't wait around 4-5 days we booked a return flight that afternoon but that evening David called motel and invited me to dinner with his family!...I declined but an hour later Harley,( an absolutely charming woman and the owner Galen's daughter) called and insisted on delivering the most incredible meal I've had in a long time! And at 3:30 A.M. David took me back to the airport for my return flight..... The FINAL result of all this IS... An unfortunate mishap occurred and these fine people not only arranged all the repairs and covered them but also are making arrangements right now to ship my truck back to Colorado!...and as I said in the beginning TREATED ME LIKE ROYALTY!.. So a huge thank you to Galen, Tony, David, Tommy and most certainly Harley!!! THATS SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY!! ... Kevin More
Worst, most dishonest out there If they had a negative star, this dealership definitely earned it. We spoke back and forth about a vehicle 3.5 hours from us and asked all the right q If they had a negative star, this dealership definitely earned it. We spoke back and forth about a vehicle 3.5 hours from us and asked all the right questions--more than once and was mislead (to put it kindly) each time. Told 4wd works--impossible considering transfer case not connected to front drive axle and grease coming out boots and multiple sensors disconnected, unplugged, cut. Exhaust hacked up, welded. Multiple alterations to vehicle. Gauge cluster broken. Park neutral drive indicator doesn't work. Airbag in steering column open--deployed?? Center console lid coming off. Strange wiring. Wiring cut underneath. Evap canister unplugged. Oilpan sensor plug not present. Tires "65%"--nope! And so much more... BUYER BEWARE!!! Seller says "I didn't know..." Also said over phone that he drove himself to check out and "I'm gonna crawl all over this thing", had it inspected by "their guy Robert..." Blamed on Robert that they didn't know there was anything wrong with the truck. How do you remain in business when you let someone drive 3.5 hrs each way to buy from you after they told you about recent similar experience and then DO THE SAME? Wow... They are banking on you not knowing what you are buying! Protect yourself and if you do buy, take someone who can crawl under and really knows what to look for. They will not disclose if they feel it will cost their sale--no matter how far you drive or how many time you ask. *** Shame on you Tony. More
