I had a pleasant experience. There was no pressure with JR our sales consultant. He is very knowledgeable on the Silverado features. He answered all my questions easily by explain There was no pressure with JR our sales consultant. He is very knowledgeable on the Silverado features. He answered all my questions easily by explaining how things worked or by showing us. We looked one weekend and purchased on the next weekend and picked it up on the third weekend. On the first weekend Jr showed us the various trucks for a few hours or more. At the end he gave me his business card and asked for our contact information. I ignored him and never gave him any contact information. That's probable what I liked the most of all. He ask once for contact information and after I ignored him he never ask again. I figured he taught that if we were happy with his service and had the vehicle we wanted that we would be back. And that's what happened. On the second weekend we were planning to purchased the Silverado on Saturday. But after checking and finding out that JR was not working Saturday but was working on that Sunday. The first words out of my Wife's mouth was let's wait till Sunday when JR is there. JR made it a pleasant experience purchasing the vehicle. Evan while waiting for the paper work to be done JR gave us a tour of the Dealership. Now when I return for a oil change or any other service I know exactly where to go. Thank you JR. More
