I purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and did not receive my tags/plates, until months later. This was after I continuously had to remind them about my plates.I even had to call the DMV , to understand what the hold up was. OF COURSE, the dealership failed to provide certain paperwork to the DMV. 2. Communication; The dealership will go to any extent to duck and dodge their customers. Yes. They will ignore your phone calls and send you in circles! “We will call you back”. That is their favorite line to say. As soon as you hear this phrase, just know you will never hear from them again! 3. DAMAGES: The vehicle I purchased came with so many damages. Like , how did this car even pass inspection. Yes, They sold me a car with issues. I will gladly list them out: -Back brakes, back rotors, and sensors: Cost me $750 to change -Front brakes, front rotors, and sensors: -The drive belt is cracked -Broken engine mounts -Front/lower/drivers control arm/bushing cracked -Front/upper Drivers Control arm/bushing cracked -Front shocks damaged -‘Rear shocks damaged -Axle is CRACKED YES I PURCHASED WARRANTY AND GAP INSURANCE.. And the warranty would not cover anything. SO WHY AM I EVEN PAYING FOR IT? The dealership is refusing to take accountability, own up to the issues or even call me back. They told me , “I am responsible for the damages”. MIND YOU , I purchased this vehicle March 31st, 2023. PS. underneath the car, it is completely rusted. That means , this car was either flooded or was either driven through snow. This was not disclosed when I purchased the vehicle. Mind you, this car is supposedly from “Florida''. Totally ignored upon arrival. Car was filthy. Covered with dust, dirt and bird poop. Appeared to have been sitting on lot for weeks with no maintenance. Exhaust pipes were rusted. Car was filthy. This dealership is full of salvaged titles priced very low. The car I bought had no mechanical damage, only body work, and it came out of their shop looking great. Taimoor Mirza was great in the start of our car search. As we drove señal hours to pick up we thought things were going smooth until we started paperwork. They didn’t get it detailed until we completed everything so we were unable to get a detail unless we returned and didn’t tell us that till close to us finishing paperwork. They also made us do a review with “great ratings” or we wouldn’t get a filled up tank and wouldn’t take the car to finish inspection until the reviewed what we submitted. At this point everything else had gone decent so we didn’t have a problem doing so. Then they started saying they wouldn’t have time to detail so we said it would be fine since the car wasn’t horrible. They locked up behind us and took off in a hurry only to find out when I got in the car that they didn’t put but $25 of gas. (I know the specific dollar amount because I called him to say that wasn’t even enough for me to get bavj to my house since we traveled over 3 1/2 hours to pick this car up. He made every excuse in the book and said he wouldn’t be willing to meet me at the gas station 2 minutes from us. I’m pretty disappointed in the end of that transaction. More

I was looking for a cute affordable car for my 16 year old with no luck local, I found this website and Matthew reached out to my inquiry. He was amazing to work with. I needed the vehicle at a lower price and within a week him and his sales manager were able to meet that price. I had issues picking up the vehicle from Louisiana so he even shipped the car to me. Patiently waiting here for it to arrive so I can surprise my 16 year old on her birthday. Their prices are amazing and from the pictures I’ve seen, the car is in amazing shape. I’ll update once car arrives and if it met our expectations or not but I’m confident it will.I’d drive the little civic myself. I may not want to give it to my daughter. Lol.
