Worst Customer Courtesy/Care/etiquette Be very CAUTIOUS when buying a car from this dealer.I bought an audi q5 from this dealer, paid $18K .I settled the deal but had to wait for them to re Be very CAUTIOUS when buying a car from this dealer.I bought an audi q5 from this dealer, paid $18K .I settled the deal but had to wait for them to reinstall the roof screen. I Had to wait 5 weeks for them to fix the roof screen. Five weeks . During the first week of waiting they called me to tell me they were waiting for a part. Never heard another word from them until i decided to visit the dealership during week 3. Finally got the call to pick up the car. Next day after picking up the car the check engine light came on. I took the car back for them to troubleshoot. I waited approx 4 hours . they told me they fixed it. I happily drove off. Four days after the check engine indicator light came back on. I made an appointment took the car back in . After a couple of hours of troubleshooting, they informed me they would have to keep the car. I asked them for a loaner. They informed me that they do not provide loaners. So they drop me off at my home, a thursday. A few days after waiting i visit the dealership , told them i was unhappy with their service , the lack of customer courtesy. The next day they called me and informed me they will provide a loaner. I drove the loaner for about a week before they called me to pickup the car. Picked up the car, drove it for 2 weeks then the light, the same check engine light came back on. I called them up to make an appointment. This time i was told" WE ARE BACKED UP WITH REPAIRS AND NOT SURE WHEN WE CAN LOOK AT YOUR CAR" I responded" So can we just make an appointment for 2 week from now?" THEY RESPONDED" NO, YOU WILL HAVE TO CALL BACK IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS".That was the last i called or heard from them. I decided that i would take the car to be serviced at a different company and put this down to a very bad experience hopefully not an expensive experience. They showed some professionalism , little or no customer empathy, very little customer courtesy and most of all they sold me a car with an existing fault. But i also want to do my public duty and share my experience . BE VERY CAUTIOUS WITH THIS DEALER. More
