Joe was an amazing help in my search for a new car. I told him what I was looking for and he immediately told me about a new Sonata that had just arrived at the dealership. When I arrived, he didn't give me the typical "car salesman" speech; he just let me test drive it and let the car do all the selling. Even though I wasn't planning on making any decisions right away, was so pleased with the car, and the service, that I bought it that day! I had my children with me and Joe let them watch T.V. while we handled the paperwork. I made Joe an offer on the car and there was very little haggling before we came up with a very reasonable price. I didn't have my trade-in vehicle with me, but Joe gave me a good price on it (sight unseen) and scheduled it to be picked up the next day. I was greeted the second I walked on to the lot, which is very typical for a car dealership but this time I did not feel harassed. I was very impressed with the service and the car so I went back two days later to buy the car. I then dealt with Roger, Eric, and Brian. All three of them were so comfortable to do business with, not like most other dealers where they treat you as nothing more than dollar signs.
