I had a ton of questions, too. I was never made to feel stupid for my questions, they negotiated with me on my trade, and negotiated with me on the price of my new vehicle (Mazda CX-9) to get me into a price range and payment I could afford. They worked with the bank for me and handled the transfer of my speciality Autism Awareness license plate. While that seems minor to some, it was very important to me and they made sure it transferred to my new vehicle. My salesman was Jeff Phillips. He kept me updated so I wasn't just sitting and waiting. He was patient and if he did not know the answer, he went and got it for me. We have always had a great experience and plan to continue and do business with them in the future. More
