Awful horrible insulting. Drove all the way up there took a day off work to go get a truck. Spoke with a person the day before on the phone and got round about trade in values Drove all the way up there took a day off work to go get a truck. Spoke with a person the day before on the phone and got round about trade in values of both of my cars said we were only off by a couple hundred. Sounded great! Not!!! Get up there they redone the trade in evaluation say there over an hour. Guy comes back and says I’m sorry I was way off. Tried to get us to give him 10k cash plus two vehicles. One being a 2014 Dodge Charger in xxxx good condition! The other being a 2010 Jeep Patriot! Guy offers lowest blue book price for both cars total! 7500$ that’s the blue book of the charger in the worse shape possible! Pretty much got us up there to get more money out of us and to get us to finance something. Which was clearly stated the day before we would not do! Wasted our time and costed us a days worth of work plus gas. Never listen to what car salesman says over the phone they will make it sound great until you get there then they want a bigger commission and try and screw you every time. I’ll never recommend this place to anyone! Wouldn’t even budge on their price 1$ either. Truck had several problems with it to that was pointed out and they could care less! I highly recommend if you do get something from their drive it to a mechanic you trust and have it looked it. This car lot does not know how to do business and will not receive any from my friends or family that’s for sure! Honestly wish their was a button for negative stars!!!!! Had to give one star to let this even be a review! More

unprofessional Sales Manager the rating i am giving is solely based on the sales manager David Gambrel. Twig our sales representative was very courteous and well mannered, if the rating i am giving is solely based on the sales manager David Gambrel. Twig our sales representative was very courteous and well mannered, if not for him we would have left the dealership immediately. however the Sales Manager David Gambrel was unprofessional, rude and disrespectful to his sales team while we were there. He yelled and cussed at the sales representative. with several customers in the dealership at the time i found it unprofessional and unbecoming of the manager. I was upset and extremely disappointed with his behavior. not only did he yell and cuss at twig so everyone could hear him we had to witness a salesman being fired while we were there. There are better ways to handle these occasion and to keep them from public view. I would not consider Alton Blakley Ford in my future vehicle buying if this is a representation of their management. More

Internet sales. Huge disappointment ! The internet sales manager "Jonathan" is a complete joke. I made an appointment per his request over the phone to come in and look at a vehicle I was The internet sales manager "Jonathan" is a complete joke. I made an appointment per his request over the phone to come in and look at a vehicle I was interested in purchasing. Upon arrival after a 2.5 hr drive we were informed by another salesman that the vehicle was sold that morning. At that time I explain that we had an appointment, the salesman's response was "that vehicle should not have been sold if you had an appointment". When I asked to speak to Jonathan it was a rat race to find him which never happened. Very unperfessonal to not even have the nerve to speak to me after a 2.5 hr drive with an appointment. After leaving I decided to call Jonathan 3 times that day tryin to touch base and explain my frustration but it's been 4 days and still havnt spoke with anyone from Alton Blakley Ford. So, that being said buyer beware. I wouldn't let this internet sales clown sale lemonade for me. More

Another great buying experience at Alton Blakely Ford. I talked with Mary Duncan early in the morning about trading in a vehicle. She asked what I was looking to buy. I was not sure. When my wife and I arrived at the dealership later that evening she had 3 vehicles for us to test drive. We found the one that we think will be the best fit for us. Mary was very patient.
