oil change I went in for an oil change. The service guy up sales the package of 3 oil changes ,tire rotation,and 3 point inspection, and car washes. After an hou I went in for an oil change. The service guy up sales the package of 3 oil changes ,tire rotation,and 3 point inspection, and car washes. After an hour an half, when I went to check out, another service guy helped me. First he asked me to sign papers and didn't go over what they where, and I told him "aren't you going to go over inspection?" His response was after you sign these papers" (as he rushed through) When he went over the inspection he didn't mention tire rotation, so I asked if they did it since it wasn't mentioned. He had no idea, so he asked the other techs who weren't sure. One tech overheard and said he would go grab my car and do rotation. As he grabbed my keys another tech came over and said she did it but forgot to write it down. When I asked the service guy if the did the car wash, he said "no because it was broken and wouldn't be up for another 30days. He DIDNT offer any compensation for the next time. This place has no communication and I will be dreading the next time I go in for oil change since I have 2 more oil changes in my package I bought. More

Those things can happen, but there has been little/no proactive communication, nor any offer to assist with a "loaner" car during the long delay. More

They also changed my oil (my request), then told me my front brakes needed to be replaced for $350. I told them I'd hold off for now, as a few years ago they told me my battery needed to be replaced, and it lasted 3 more years. I took it to Midas for a 2nd opinion on the brakes, and was told they were fine and the only thing they'd suggest was to clean and adjust the rear brakes for $25. Guess which one won! More

We called first thing Monday, and the vehicle had already been checked in to the service center. By mid day the electronic and mechanical issue with the non-slip traction control was fixed. So far so good. The Frontier was still new so the fix was covered by warranty. More

Frank and John appeared to be working hard for me, but I saw my car sitting in the lot for an hour before John told me my car was ready. Staff were rude and acted as if I was there to annoy them. In my past experience, I've received a free car wash voucher, but didn't receive one this time. I feel Frank and John were angry because I didn't buy their overpriced maintenance they tried very hard to sell me. This experience makes me want to trade in my Nissan for a Honda, just so I don't have to deal with this again!!!!! Terrible experience!!! More

This is THE 7TH TIME I LEAVE MY CAR WITH THEM AND THEY STILL CANNOT FIGUTE OUT what is wrong with it. I make my money with my car, another day of lost wages! Google review is posted, yelp review is posted, BBB complaint is filled, Corporate and upper management at that location are informed, Facebook review posted and no one keeps me informed. I am lossing double and expect a full refund for the unnecessary money they made me spend on things THAT DID NOT FIXED THE PROBLEM!!! Even Michelle caught two of her techs lying to my face about some unnecesary money they still wanted me to spend!! Please guys, be honest and figure out what is wrong with my car!! More
