I had the absolute pleasure of working with a salesperson named Bob Johnson. Not only did he take the time to speak with me and understand the driving needs for my family, but he seemed to intuitively know what we needed! He even remembered small details, like the work meeting that I had a week prior when we spoke on the phone and my daughter's age. You just do not meet care salesmen like that anymore, at least I haven't! He showed me several vehicles that he personally thought would be a good fit. I never once felt pressured to make a purchase, and Bob assured me that once we found the right car, I would get it for the best deal possible. On a hunch, he showed me a 2018 Nissan Versa Note SV, in addition to the SUVs that I had described. I was shocked by how much I loved the little car! It had excellent cargo space for the size, amazing gas mileage, and style. The Versa is my new car now, and I could not be more pleased. Salesman Zeke Martinez - Excellent customer service We bought our new Nissan Leaf in June 2017. Zeke helped us every step of the way. We have a young child and that limited the time we were available to come into the dealership. The only day we had available was Zeke's day off but he came in to help us anyway. He prepared paperwork ahead of time for us prior to going into the dealership to shorten the amount of time we had to spend at the dealership itself. He even made an appointment for our Pathfinder so it could be serviced while we were working on the deal for our Leaf. Everything Zeke did was a huge help to us and shows how much Zeke cares about the needs of his customers. He stayed at the dealership with us until we were through with Financing and showed us all the features of our new Leaf...which we LOVE! Zeke is a great salesman but more importantly a great person. This is my 7th time back at their service dep in 4 months!! This is THE 7TH TIME I LEAVE MY CAR WITH THEM AND THEY STILL CANNOT FIGUTE OUT what is wrong with it. I make my money with my car, another day of lost wages! Google review is posted, yelp review is posted, BBB complaint is filled, Corporate and upper management at that location are informed, Facebook review posted and no one keeps me informed. I am lossing double and expect a full refund for the unnecessary money they made me spend on things THAT DID NOT FIXED THE PROBLEM!!! Even Michelle caught two of her techs lying to my face about some unnecesary money they still wanted me to spend!! Please guys, be honest and figure out what is wrong with my car!! More
