Worst service department! I have never from a business been made to feel so stupid, undervalued, inconvenienced and just over all disrespected. Alpine Buick had my car for 1 I have never from a business been made to feel so stupid, undervalued, inconvenienced and just over all disrespected. Alpine Buick had my car for 15 days for 6 hours worth of work. (Actual hours on the bill). The service advisor lied and just blew us off at every turn. Do not take your vehicle here! More
Great service Junior did so good trying to find Us a good deal… I like when sales men don't start pushing with the price and down payment first beside start looking in some number and helping to get good dea deal… I like when sales men don't start pushing with the price and down payment first beside start looking in some number and helping to get good deals More
We traded my Toyota in to get my husband a new Sierra truck, Apline GMC sold my vehicle right away and made quite a bit of money on it, however, they took over two months to pay it off. I've never been truck, Apline GMC sold my vehicle right away and made quite a bit of money on it, however, they took over two months to pay it off. I've never been late on a payment in my life, and this is reflected now on my credit that I have an account that was paid more than 30 days late. I'll never buy a vehicle from there again. More

I cannot thank the service advisor "Drew Pickett" enough for the support and help he provided to me and my family while on vacation earlier in August. My Chevrolet 2500 HD had a catastrophic transfer case for the support and help he provided to me and my family while on vacation earlier in August. My Chevrolet 2500 HD had a catastrophic transfer case failure on route 70 in the mountains while towing a 10,000 # 5th wheel. It was a miracle no one was hurt or worse. I called every Chevrolet dealership from Grand Junction to Denver and not one Chevy dealer offered to even look at my truck in less than 3 weeks. I called Alpine Buick / GMC (Littleton) as a last resort and spoke with Drew Pickett who agreed to look at the truck the next morning, on the off-chance it might be something simple and could get me and my family back on the road. Unfortunately the news was not good. The Alpine service team disassembled the transfer case, diagnosed the problem and started ordering all of the necessary replacement parts to be shipped in ASAP. The entire process to diagnose, order parts and repair the transfer case took a week to complete. Drew Pickett could see the overwhelmed look of defeat in my families eyes and personally drove us to a nearby hotel. The next day the folks at Alpine provided a loaner car to salvage what we could of our vacation! In short these folks treated us like family, I will be forever grateful for the help they provided to me and my family. God Bless Scott Hale More
