Juan Sotelo was very professional and helpful. Everyone else in Service was not. Including me, there were 6 cars waiting to get checked in and only one Service Tech was making a less than stella Everyone else in Service was not. I got rather assertive with Juan about the situation, I don’t believe inappropriately so, and Juan clearly addressed the lackluster effort of the other Techs to begin paying attention to how many people were waiting to get checked in. FYI…it was clear as I was standing in the garage area that the other techs weren’t busy with helping other customers. Within a couple of minutes there were 4 Techs outside checking customers in.
