Price changes after you submit your purchase agreement I approached a vehicle And we made the purchase agreement I submit the application and they said somebody was looking at the car that I was interested I approached a vehicle And we made the purchase agreement I submit the application and they said somebody was looking at the car that I was interested in. The vehicle listed what 30 miles on it which is a brand new one. They also mentioned the car actually has 5000 miles on it instead of 30. And they said if I pay $2000 more than I could buy it. Well honest people do not do business like that . They are literally fishing people. More
Held hostage by terrible service department I love my GMC. I hate my dealership! In the last year I have had parts broken and hammered back in place in a hope that I would not notice. I have I love my GMC. I hate my dealership! In the last year I have had parts broken and hammered back in place in a hope that I would not notice. I have had custom parts lost or stolen off of my vehicle. I do not trust them to touch my truck but I am stuck in an oil change for life that I have never used but they refuse to refund. I was scammed out of 500$ by this terrible xxxx hole on earth. Do yourself a favor and purchase your GM vehicle from any other dealer. I sure with I would have, my coworker has great experience at SUSS, you should go there. More
hidden Gem, Great Customer Service is PRICELESS!!! From the Sales Consultants to the managers everyone made my purchase easy and did not feel pressured or rushed. Top Notch. I'm new to the area and loo From the Sales Consultants to the managers everyone made my purchase easy and did not feel pressured or rushed. Top Notch. I'm new to the area and looked up GMC dealerships in Colorado and of course searching for the BEST price and Alpine had the best price. I sent an inquiry on-line and got a fast response, made an appointment and when I arrived I recognized the vehicle I was interested in (Cherry Red Yukon) parked in front of the building. I walked straight to it hoping it wasn't sold and saw a tag on the dash with a big SOLD on it. I was greeted and asked if I had an appointment usually salespeople just attack but NOT here they welcomed me and took the time to find out the who, what, why> I was introduced to my salesperson and she was amazing she said she had everything ready for me to view MY vehicle and she walked me straight to the shiny Yukon i had thought was SOLD. She took the time to prepare and have the car ready I truly felt VIP. My experience was so nice as I learned all about MY vehicle that the numbers were the last of my worry. Once I did see the numbers I realized that I had not seen that the discount included Lease Loyalty but that was me NOT them so I was able to negotiate (btw Im horrible at negotiating) my salesperson did that for me and she was able to get me oil changed for life that are totally worth it and I didn't mind paying the difference that still was lower than other dealerships btw. The customer service is priceless. I recommend 100% More
Horrible experience These guys are shady and will go out of their way to send you out of their dealership with a bad taste in your mouth... These guys are shady and will go out of their way to send you out of their dealership with a bad taste in your mouth... More
Some very Un professional staff. The minute you are given a verbal quote , you are rushed through the the buying process with additional fees that were not included in the verbal quo The minute you are given a verbal quote , you are rushed through the the buying process with additional fees that were not included in the verbal quote.my sales person had so “many Deals” going on when she agreed to assist me. Perhaps working with another sales person who had the time and focus would have eliminated the rushing. When you drive out of Alpine Buick GMC you can forget about customer service. A few of ladies that work at the reception desk are clueless and rude. Sharon in service is excellent. Unfortunately, she was not in when I picked up my car. Matt was helpful with having my car ready and waiting upon my arrival to pick it up. He accomidated my request for a no charge on a minor wheel alignment, although my request irritated him. When I drove out of the dealership and got on the highway,I noticed major hail damage on the hood of my car. When I called, Matt said I would have to call my IN Surance. That very well may be the case, but what kind of business let’s you drive away unaware of physical damage on your car that you did not drive in with. When I requested to speak with a manager, reception kept putting me into VM which I asked them not to do. I spoke with a salesman who explained that Acts of God are not covered. But I’m curious about his lack of professionalism when I asked why they didn’t inform me of the damage? A very sleazy dealership . I can’t imagine any good reason for recommending this place. It’s also filthy. More
Couldn't even get a quote on a new vehicle after 3 days! Sent an email and called on a Monday morning for a quote on 3 different 2018 Acadia's. I was told by Kayli that we would have quotes that afternoon. Never heard back. Called again on Tuesday and she said they had been busy and would get back to me soon. Finally received quotes on Tuesday afternoon for 2 of the 3 Acadia's that I requested quotes on. I was told the 3rd Acadia Denali wouldn't be quoted because I would get a better deal on the other (because it was a demo with 5220 miles on it). At that point, it clearly didn't matter that I wanted a quote on the more expensive Denali without all the miles too. The quotes I received didn't have my address on it (for taxes purposes) even though Kayli had that information. Also, the quotes did NOT include my trade in vehicle, which could make or break a deal. When asked, Kayli let me know that they just wanted to see if I was interested in the numbers or not. Not sure how I could be interested in numbers that aren't accurate with my correct address and didn't include my trade. Keeping in mind that if the deal was made, I would have to drive 4 hours from my home to the dealership. That is the reason why out the door numbers are so important to me before making a deal. I finally spoke to Kayli's manager, JR. He told me he would get with Kayli and see what they could do on my trade and they would get back to me with numbers. I never heard back from either of them and both knew that I needed numbers before Wednesday so I could make the drive there. I would not recommend this dealership unless you have about a week of time to waste. Keep in mind you can go to a different dealership and get competitive numbers within a couple hours on all the vehicles you actually requested numbers on. Terrible customer service... even when you are trying to buy a $50,000 vehicle. They clearly don't appreciate their customers. More
