STAY AWAY This company is the worst place I have purchase a car from. My Husband and I went on 2/08 to see a 2015 Mazda we saw online, we drove 5 1/2 Hours. Aft This company is the worst place I have purchase a car from. My Husband and I went on 2/08 to see a 2015 Mazda we saw online, we drove 5 1/2 Hours. After deciding we were going to purchase the car and trade in our car we went to our Credit Union and got a Pre-Approval(Best Option), so we knew how much we would be paying and for what APR. When we brought the approval back to buy the car, their attitudes completely changed. We were transferred to Anthony, who does finances. Anthony was rude and was very condescending when we refused GAP insurance. He was really pushy and tried to get us to finance through them so he could get us a lower APR. A few days after our purchase we got a message from them stating our APR changed due to the year of the vehicle and we needed to resign a contract with the new information. We were ok with the change and ready to sign the papers. We got a hold of Jose(The salesman) and was told we needed to drive back and sign the papers. We refused and told them they can send us the contract, we are not driving that far to sign papers. 2 more days without a call, after calling multiple times and being sent to voicemail by the 3rd day my husband finally spoke with Anthony, who argued that we "agreed to come back" if this happened and if it was something so simple as a "tank of gas they will pay for it" We corrected him that if the loan was denied then yes we would come back but it had not and there was no legal reason he could not send us the contract through the mail. Anthony was very angry with us and stated he needed to ask his manager before he can give us an answer. We waited almost 2 more days before we called again and was sent to voicemail only to find the contract in our mailbox that day. We signed the papers and over sent them back. Then we got a another call from Jose, stating before they can send us the new contract we would need to send them our old one. Again my husband and I sent them what they asked, I put tracking on the letter due to the shady practices we were seeing so far. We sent the letter on 2/25 and they received it on 2/27. After a week went by we called them several times asking for return calls and waiting to hear from them to get our new contract, until finally we spoke with Joe(Other finance manager) who said they had it and can send it out the next day. We told them not to send it, we would drive up and pick it up. When we got there it wasn't ready and we had to wait for them to print it out. On 3/5 we received a letter from our Credit Union that we were behind on payments for our old car(The one we traded in), we called the bank and they informed us that they saw we bought a new car but the dealership had not paid off the trade in. We called the dealership and spoke with Joe again who told us they hadn't processed anything yet, but he knows we signed the contract he will rush the payment to our bank and it should be received by them the next day. I waited 2 days before calling my bank and asking if they received the payment, they said they had not. I called the dealership 3 times and finally spoke with Anthony who said he would look into it and call me right back. Another day went by and no call, I called back again 3 more times and spoke with Anthony who proceeded to tell me he doesn't know when it was sent and they wouldn't rush the payment for us and he doesn't know why Joe promised that. He also told me that if we had let him "find us a lower interest rate with a different bank we could have avoided this whole problem". I told him that our bank was not the problem. All he could say was "What do you want me to do" over and over. Now I have to make a payment on a car I no longer own, and wait for a payment to reach my bank in 3-5 more days. Throughout this entire process not one person has apologized for any inconvenience this has caused us. We even spoke with Aaron the general Manager who doesn't even know whats going on. Best advice is to buy from someone else! More
