Gmc Denali 2019 Jorge the sales person was great with us and treated us like family would definitely recommend him. But the finance guy Joe Quintana was something else he kept insisting that we should get a warranty even though we told him no multiple times he insisted. We ended coming to deal that included window tint and oil change . After a business day went by Jorge the salesman asked what we had got and we told him that Joe Quintana said he included the window tint for free and the oil change for a fee. Joe Quintana said we never agreed on anything. That being said we didn’t think much of it since nothing was signed it was just his word. Next we’ll know not to request Joe Quintana as a finance guy. Overall a very enjoyable sales experience, I was looking forward to doing their review. Regretfully, when we came to pick up the vehicle we discovered the truck had higher mileage than anticipated, the bed liner was damaged, side of the bed and passenger doors had scratches, and upon further inspection it was discovered that the top of the vehicle had hail damage. I was assured that everything would be taken care as we already owned the vehicle and could not just leave it there, then everyone walked away...No real apologies. I realize now, we made a huge mistake, this was just a sales tacit to force us to drive the car off the lot...We should have left the truck there and never took possession until our concerns were taken care of (expensive lesson learned). When driving home, I discovered the vehicle was low on DEF fluid, which was a disappointment considering even used vehicles generally have fluids topped off when purchasing. Additionally, they left sensitive personal information about the previous lease holder in the vehicle....No one responded to my e-mail in regards to the sensitive information. Have reached out to management at the dealership and no one other than the sales person has responded to my any of email's or calls..Simply showing how little they care about the customer after getting your money. We purchased our last GMC new and picked this establishment base on its online reviews, we are now thinking we have made an error. Working in customer service, I understand things happen, its how a place recovers from service challenges that shows the true service spirit of a place.In this instance, none.... Finally out of the blue a service guy called and scheduled the repairs needed, no apologies just a scheduling call. Simply too many other GM dealers to choose from, this place has NO customer service after getting your cash, so be aware. More

Bad service..... liars I got a car at alpine GMC. Joe the financial sales person said if I got the warranty with them my car will be well taken care of if I had a flat,oil c I got a car at alpine GMC. It's been 2 weeks yet no call not fixed. Yet if we fail a payment they are on you. Please do your job fix my tire!!!!! If you get a car from this dealership keep in mind you will wait more than 2 weeks for them to get anything done even put a tire ridiculous More

Service department is great, can’t say that for the dealers. I can’t say enough for the service that we get when we take our car in for service. It is great every time we take it in and they always let us know w I can’t say enough for the service that we get when we take our car in for service. The tech that worked on our replacing the truck button stayed over the day we brought it in so that it could be ready for pick up the next day. Again great service that’s why we keep coming back in.
