We have purchased several cars from Alpine Buick. Fortunately, Ricky Vidal was our first salesman and he was the reason we returned to Alpine year after year. Ricky Vidal has retired and we purchased another car with the help of Chad Raskin. Chad was also the greatest and made sure we were taken care of. Our current salesman was Joge Castro and he is not an example of a good salesman. After we left, without a sale, we were called by a Sales Manager by the name of Rick, and he is the reason we purchased the vehicle. Joge could not find the keys to vehicles, he could not answer our questions, could not help us with the $100 incentive, could not get our address or e-mail correct and could not give us a copy of the price sticker on the vehicle. We made two additional trips to the Alpine just to get the second key to the car. Even after that second trip, he still did not have the window sticker we requested. He is good at excuses that would discourage the sale of a vehicle. We would never have purchased the vehicle if it were not for the Sales Manager named Rick. He cared about us and was responsible for the sale. Joge is the worst of the worst when it comes to salesmen! He is not a positive for the Alpine Dealership. More

Went to their new location for service, which they had told us to do. Had some delays so it was not open yet. Drove down from Winter Park, so we were not happy. A manager was on site and apologized. Sent us back to their old location letting us know that Cindy would take care of us. Arrived and Cindy was truly professional and extremely friendly. In and out within 30 minutes. More
Great service! Dylan and the Sales Manager Martin were great to work with. My girlfriend had to work late so we didn't make it to the dealership until right before closing. Easy deal with Aly. She is very responsive and knowledgeable. Also extremely responsive via text, email, and phone. Our new truck was ready for delivery 4 hours after deal was made. Horrible Sales People Went here to buy a vehicle but wanted to test drive it first (standard right?!). As I was pulling out another shady salesman pulls up in a golf cart and tells the guy working with me "when you're done I have another couple interested". I specifically asked the guy I was working with, Alex, "IS IT FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED"? He said "Yes. You were here first and are test driving it so you get first dibs." The couple that was interested was there for 5 minutes and only caught a glimpse of the vehicle as I was pulling out to test drive and apparently the shady salesman told them if they wanted it they'd have to buy it before I got back. So I get back (10 minutes later), sit down with my guy, talk numbers, give him my info, he leaves to talk to the finance guy, comes back and tells me the vehicle was sold while I was on the test drive!! First come first served, huh??? Seems like if you want something from this place you need to BUY it first and then PRAY that you like it later before even really seeing it/ driving it. Beware of other shady sales people swooping in and selling it while you're halfway through making a deal. More

To start from the beginning, they lied about the listing price from what was stated online. When I showed them the price they then backtracked and said ok, fine. I had an additional discount, in writing from the sales manager, that they did not honor when I got there as well. Putting that dishonesty aside, I decided to still proceed because I thought it was still a good idea...However, the kicker was from the listed price they factored in my down payment and pretended it was a rebate from them when we were talking. I feel lied to, cheated and honestly mad with these people. They manipulated numbers to look like they were getting to that total we agreed upon, but were deceitful. I love my GX, but every time I get in it leaves a bad taste in my mouth because of this place. I asked a friend and family member to verify I wasn't crazy and they agreed that it was deceitful business and not honest how they said the total came to be. Please save yourself the trouble I experienced and DO NOT BUY from here. More
