My partner & I bought a car here and in the 4 months we have had it we have had to bring it in for service 4 times. The car goes limp, the engine and wrench light come on and if you try to go faster than a have had it we have had to bring it in for service 4 times. The car goes limp, the engine and wrench light come on and if you try to go faster than about 50mph it revs like crazy. The first time was less than a month after getting it. We brought it in and it was “fixed”, a few weeks later it does the same thing, brought it in and it was “fixed” a few days later it does it again, brought it back and said it’s fixed”. 1 1/2 months later the same thing. We brought it in and here we are 4 WEEKS later… with no progress. Half of his income is uber driving, so that’s a month of missing out on 50% of his income & I’ve had to disrupt my job to get him to and from work. This place is absolutely horrendous. They don’t care about you as people, they care about your money. In the 4 weeks of no progress, even though we know exactly what it needs, a new turbo, these people have been useless. They NEVER call you with information or updates on your vehicle, ever. And if you call them, no matter how many voicemails you leave, no matter how many people tell you they will have someone call you with an update it never happens. I can’t possibly explain the timeline of all the issues we have had in the last month with this car, and I have it all written and dated out, or I will run out of room, but let’s just say they don’t get things done. They don’t help you at all. They just pass you onto the next when they are tired of dealing with you. We have been passed from person to person to person, Ryan, Josh, Ritch, Austin, Phet, Brittney, Justin, Ray, John, 2 mechanics whose names I don’t know. That doesn’t include all the other people whose names I don’t remember. That’s how many people we have had to work with and the only person who has gotten anything accomplished is Phet. She got us a rental car after 2 weeks, after Josh said he could get us one in person but when you finally reach him on the phone he says he can’t. As far as information goes, she doesn’t know much. She is kind, says she is trying to help, but in the 2 weeks she’s been working with us there’s been little to zero action. Just apologies. We need action. The service center is TERRIBLE, the sales managers, well unless you’re buying a car, they are useless. Crazy how no one reaches out to you more than a car salesmen, yet the second you aren’t buying a car they drop you, you aren’t a human to them! You are a dollar sign or invisible. We are at a complete loss of what to do. A month of constantly reaching out to them, a month of nothing being done to the car other than aimlessly driving it around for 40 miles on week 1 which no one told us about until 9 days later, a month of being passed off and having to re explain our whole situation, a month of not being listened to, a month of income out the window, a month of headaches and stress- after all that xx today we are told our warranty doesn’t cover the part and over a week ago the claim was declined and we now have to pay $3500 for a $1300 part and the rest is for labor. Oh and by the way the part is on back order apparently. So after all this time, after the car has sat there with no one touching it, now they tell us we have to pay for everything (even though our warranty somehow covered the last 3 occasions and it has been brought up about covering the turbo) including labor when all they have done is NOTHING but waste our time, money, energy and sanity? We could have fixed this a month ago had communication been in their job description. That’s not how you run a business. Not a good one. I would happily share the details of the most frustrating and time consuming experience, but I am running out of space. Please save yourself from this place. I do not, DO NOT recommend coming here. We bought a new Encore GX in June and returned in July for an instruction review of the systems. Our salesman was not there but Mr. Daniel Bernhardt came to our rescue. Even thou we did not buy the car from Daniel- he gave us his upmost time and attention to every question and then some. We do not hesitate to recommend Daniel Bernhardt to any and all who want a professional, knowledgeable and respectful salesman. We will definitely go to him for all our automobile needs. The dealership was very busy when I got there July 20th, but I was promptly greeted by D J Solomon. My interaction with DJ and later with a sales manager, Ricky was courteous and helpful. Although I waited longer than expected for the car I purchased to be ready, both D J and Ricky kept me informed and succeeded in delivering all they had promised. My daughter decided to purchase the vehicle and Jorge worked on getting the numbers to fit as close as possible to my daughters budget. Alex was also great in the finance department. I have bought a few cars in the past and this was by far the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. More

Tried to trade my truck in for a 2021 GMC pickup at Alpine Buick. I was allowed to test drive the vehicle but was told it hasn't been through their inspection so while I could buy the vehicle I wouldn' Alpine Buick. I was allowed to test drive the vehicle but was told it hasn't been through their inspection so while I could buy the vehicle I wouldn't be able to take it home. I advised that I wouldn't purchase the vehicle until it was fully inspected. Salesperson said he would call me once the inspection was done. 2 days later I called and was told the inspection was still not done but they were working hard to get it done. 4 days later I decided to go with another vehicle at a different dealership. This is when I noticed that Alpine Buick had the truck I owned and was looking to trade in listed on Car Gurus and their own website as for sale. I called Alpine Buick pretending to be interested in purchasing it and was told that the vehicle was available for sale but hadn't gone through inspection yet (very familiar story). To date my old truck is still listed for sale on their website despite my advising I would be submitting a complaint to the Dept of Revenue. I tried NUMEROUS times to speak with the dealer owner or General Sales Manager but was never put through. I HIGHLY recommend staying away from this dealer!! More
Made an appointment to have warranty work done and was told they definitely had the part. Drove 45 minutes to have the work done and was then told they do not have the part. They told me they had special told they definitely had the part. Drove 45 minutes to have the work done and was then told they do not have the part. They told me they had special ordered the part after finding out they did not have it. However, what they did not do was call me to reschedule the service. The service person did the whole 'the other guy is on vacation, so it is not my fault' bit. When I asked why I was not informed when they discovered the part was not there, his answer was 'Don't worry, hour part is on special order'. He did not seem to understand that having a part on special order does nothing for me right now when I am dropping off my truck. So, I drove 45 minutes there and then 45 minutes back for no reason except that Alpine does not value their customer's time or expenses (diesel fuel in my case) when bringing their vehicles in for service. Very disappointed More
