I have been your customer for about 15 or 16 years. Your new facility is beautiful and modern. I will soon be 83 years old. I have a hard time with changes, any changes. The employees were friendlier, and considerably more professional. Everything seemed easier. I could watch TV while I was waiting for my car. Now the gentleman and myself couldn't even figure out how to turn it on. No one even came by to offer help. There used to be coffee, water, and doughnuts at the old place. I have just picked up my car. I do not know if everything works yet, the staff is very courteous and competent. Their process is very efficient. My car is older so the cost is high. My 2008 Chevy Silverado has almost 200,000 miles on it. I've had very few problems with the vehicle. I used Alpine for the few repairs needed. Each time they fixed the problem on one visit at a fair price. I've had very few problems with the vehicle. I used Alpine for the few repairs needed. Each time they fixed the problem on one visit at a fair price. Their technicians are highly skilled and they're willing to discuss recommended service directly with me. On my last visit, Cindy the service advisor and Ben their technician were great to work with. When the work was completed, I left the dealership feeling I benefited from their service. More
Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. It was a terrible experience. I had been going to the prior location for more than ten years. It was a great dealership. Arrived, service rep asked if I’d terrible experience. I had been going to the prior location for more than ten years. It was a great dealership. Arrived, service rep asked if I’d like a gas additive for $12.95 in addition to the oil change/tire rotation. I agreed and also told him I wanted the tires rotated clockwise. Truck was parked in front of service and seemed to be ready to go after an hour. I asked about it they said they were writing it up and it’d be ready in a few minutes. I stood by service waiting for it for about an hour. No one spoke to me. Meanwhile, service reps were talking to each other, ordering lunch and just messing around. I asked about my truck. Finally, someone told me that the original service rep had made a mistake about the additive price and they were trying to fix it. It was supposed to be $24.95 not the $12.95 he had quoted and written up. Meanwhile, I’m standing around for more than an hour wanting to leave with my truck. They had messed up the price they had quoted. Instead of letting the customer go and fixing it internally they made the customer/me stand around the service area for more than an hour. Finally, after well over an hour they said they were ready to work my paperwork. They were supposed to have rotated my tires. It was part of the service I was paying for and I had specifically said I wanted it. My paperwork said “No Rotate Needed.” I had specifically said I wanted it done. When I asked about it, I was told the Technician had decided it was not necessary. Their paperwork also said there was a Transfer Case Seep. The very day before Advanced Transmission Center, Lakewood – one of the best transmission shops in this part of Colorado – had gone through the entire transmission, transfer cases, differentials and more checking it all and replacing all fluids. They said it was a great transmission. When I asked about it, they spoke with the Tech and he said they had not actually seen any leaks. I arrived at just after noon and wasn’t able to leave until close to 3 pm for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Nothing like this ever happened in more that ten years of going to the prior Alpine Buick/GMC. This was a mess. More

Rick was amazing and everyone I I talk to made it easy and not like any other car buying experience I’ve had before.
