I thought the communication was poor. Adrianna from sales showed me the vehicle and Alex from finances told me everything was set so I drove off happy with my new car. A couple days later, my stereo stopped working, now it only works when it wants to, pretty fun thing to happen when you pay 35 grand for a car, huh? But it doesn’t end there, I had issues with the auto loan as well as they approved the loan then they didn’t, requesting me more documents, again, miscommunication from the dealership, from the very start. The whole HEADACHE lasted almost 2 months, and lost one day of work driving to a bank trying to figure things out. My stereo still works only when it wants too. After several attempts to get everything set, I received an email from the customer service thanking me for doing business with them and asking for a feedback, hilarious. I wrote everything down and then Michelle from Customer Service reached out to me, told me the financial manager would take care from there, and then after several days I ask for an update and she sent to me: I will be in soon and let you know what is going on. I haven’t heard anything else from her since then. They switched the auto loan bank 3 times, submitting my social to a lot of different banks, lowering in almost 37 points. DISRESPECTFUL. Alex called me saying I was approved in a different bank then a week later calls me saying they requested more documentation so I’m no longer approved, a complete mess. They don’t care about you after the purchase. They treat you amazingly until it’s finalized and if you have any issues further, you are going to be stuck dealing with people that couldn’t care less about you. Horrible dealership, absolutely horrible. Note: When I walked in I made it very clear all the documents I had on me to be able to purchase that day and asked if that would be possible. More
