First off let me apologize and assure you that is not the way we do business. We pride ourselves on excellent customer satisfaction and quite frankly I am shocked that one of my staff treated you so poorly. I have spoken to my management team as well as Levi, and we are having difficulty figuring out this situation, I can't seem to see where your deal was worked in our system, and not one member of my staff can recall this transaction. I have also sent you a person email response but have not heard from you. If there is any way I rectify the situation, I would love the opportunity to do so. I would take care of your transaction personally, if you decided to go a different direction I would be more than happy to make some calls and save you some money no matter what make or model you choose.
