I just wanted to take a minute and thank PJ Mayfield for making the process of buying a 2000 Nissan Frontier a pleasure. He must have kept in mind that I hate dealing with car dealerships because he took ca making the process of buying a 2000 Nissan Frontier a pleasure. He must have kept in mind that I hate dealing with car dealerships because he took care of me and made sure I got a good deal. Even after the deal was done, PJ spent over three hours visiting with me and even wanted to come in on his day off to make sure everything went smooth. Also, Pete Mayfield (PJs dad) and Scott Brunelle were great to work with. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Rowland Bryan was great on the test drive and with filling out many of the forms. He was friendly and professional. Scott Burnelli sealed the deal with a friendly and low pressure sales approach. He even offered to deliver the car to us. Brad--in finance was clear and concise in explaining paperwork and finished up the sale as quickly as possible. He was easily able to answer all of our questions. For our next car we will visit Mike Shaw. More

He did what he said which in this day and age is rare. JJ even refunded me money for the radio AFTER I took posession of the vehicle and noticed it was not working properly after the transaction w great. I saw an ad for a minivan on line. After showing interest in it I was contacted within 15 minutes by Cindy Knoblock via email. Cindy and I talked back and forth; she listened to my needs and recommended a f in it I was contacted within 15 minutes by Cindy Knoblock via email. Cindy and I talked back and forth; she listened to my needs and recommended a few others I hadn’t seen. I set it up for my mother to come test drive because I live in Denver. When she showed up Cindy was waiting for her and she treated her kindly. Cindy introduced my mom to Scott Brunelle who took over since Cindy was just the internet sales person and she was about to leave for vacation. Scott listened to my mother when she told him what my needs were and what budget (4,000 -5,000) I had, that I was starting to foster 5 to 6 children and needed something that was well maintained and in good shape. After their visit Scott and I talked about me coming down to make sure that I felt they had found the right vehicle for me. I told him I would be down the next day and I expressed my concern that the vehicle might be a bit over my budget by the time they add the dealer fees and tax and all the other standard stuff. He reassured me that they would work with me. I was very impressed that he was right. He knew my story and seemed genuinely concerned about making sure my needs were met. Scott is a fabulous salesman! I am very blessed to have been able to work with both Cindy and Scott. More
Once again, I made my appointment this morning at 8:00 a.m. and was greeted by Eric to work on my hub bearing. The atmosphere was fresh & friendly as I made my way into the waiting room passing up the a.m. and was greeted by Eric to work on my hub bearing. The atmosphere was fresh & friendly as I made my way into the waiting room passing up the table of coffee and donuts. There in the waiting room I was met by Eric to discuss the work on my vehicle as he arranged for the shuttle to take me home where I waited for repairs to finish. Joe, in his usual friendly and entertaining conversation took me home and back to pick up my vehicle when repairs were done. I also found out Joe prepares food for the team of salesmen and ladies working long hours on Saturdays as I have had the most fortunate opportunity to share helpings of Joe's wonderful Saturday hospitality and home cooked meals. Wow, a company who not only caters to valued customers by for its hard working employees too (May I get a job there too?):) One thing is certain, Mike Shaw takes good care of its employees so they in turn will take special care of its customers!
