Very dissatisfied with service estimate. I put my 2017 Nissan Rogue in for service and the diagnostic returned a code for a faulty mass airflow sensor. The quote for repair given me was $133 I put my 2017 Nissan Rogue in for service and the diagnostic returned a code for a faulty mass airflow sensor. The quote for repair given me was $1334.00. The part can be found on the market for $65-300 and LITTERALLY takes five minutes to replace as shown on youtube. jUST to do the computer diagnosis is is qouted at $190.00........Rip off!!! More

Not your average Sales team…… The initial transaction was super smooth! We knew just what we wanted and Anthony in Sales made things very easy to complete. After that- it got a bit bumpy…. There was an issue with the brand new vehicle we chose. Insert sad face here: 😔 You can tell a lot about a team of people by the way they can solve problems but you can tell even more by the way the solve issues THEY didn’t even cause. This team stepped up! The experience wasn’t perfect, which means this review is even more important. Anthony T. kept in constant contact with us- made us his family for the couple of weeks this took to resolve and even though the situation bummed us out, he stayed positive and we knew that we were priority #1 for him. Aaron in Sales was confident when following up with me frequently and both did their best with everything they had available to set this deal right- which means this team is Above and Beyond amazing to work with. I could tell the service team (also a different Anthony and Aaron) pushed us to the front to solve our issue/delay and we appreciate their hard work greatly. So, would I recommend this dealership? ABSOLUTELY- because if/when something isn’t perfect, I know without a doubt they have the ability and determination to fix it, and that means so much more to me and my family than smooth talkers on a showroom floor waiting to make an easy dollar.
