I visited the Mike Shaw Buick GMC website prior to my visit in mid-October 2012. I saw a pre-owned car on the site that I was interested in. Even with being a Saturday, I was able to call and schedule visit in mid-October 2012. I saw a pre-owned car on the site that I was interested in. Even with being a Saturday, I was able to call and schedule a test drive for that day. The car was ready to drive when I got there. Rowland came along with me on the test drive. He was friendly and did not rush me. He encouraged me to tour the car prior to the drive to see all the bells and whistles. The car just felt right, so I was an easy sell and I did purchase the 4 door sedan that day. Rowland presented the carfax and comps of other like cars without me asking for it which was proactive on his part. The price was good for the car. The purchasing of the car went pretty quick, but I did have to wait awhile to finalize the paperwork. It was Saturday and from what I understand they where short one person, so we had to wait. To Rowland's credit, he did stay with us and tried to keep us company. While I know I was buying a used car, and I believe the dealership is going thru a remodel, it would have been nice to see a little more attention paid to the interior of the building. I am not sure the plan for this part of the dealership, but a little paint, carpet, and new layout would be nice and more welcoming especially if you have to wait. Finally, overall I had a good experience and have enjoyed driving the car the past few weeks. More
