Bob Carabajal did an excellent job. Seems like I had visited during an office lunch break and Bob was the only salesperson present. He was respectful, polite, and made me feel very welcome. I put $1100 dollars down on a Mazda 3 we agreed that my payments were NOT going be more than $300. Almost two weeks later I called to check on my loan Dutch then told me that he couldn't get me approved I payments were NOT going be more than $300. Almost two weeks later I called to check on my loan Dutch then told me that he couldn't get me approved I had to take the car back when I got back to the dealership I was then told I was approved and my payments would be $413 I didn't agree to a payment that high and lost $700 of my down payment for the time that I had the car. A couple days after I had returned the car the salesman Lester called to ask how I liked the car! Its now three weeks later and i am still receiving letters saying my loan was denied from multiple banks. This took my credit score way down. They are all the nicest people and will promise the car is yours but they will stick you in the end. I will never buy a car from that dealership again nor will any one I know. More

Richard and the entire sales staff was great. We came in to see if we would qualify for a new car well new to us and Richard was an expert in helping us out. He showed us what we qualified for and we love o to see if we would qualify for a new car well new to us and Richard was an expert in helping us out. He showed us what we qualified for and we love our new to us Hyundai Santefe. We couldn't have asked for a better experience between Richard being very helpful and friendly to the finance guy being really awesome to work with and friendly. Usually when you go to a car dealership you expect them to try sell you a car just to get the sale but you could tell that Richard really cared about getting us into a the vehicle we wanted if the finance stuff worked out. They even stayed a while after the dealership closed to help us to be able to drive the car home and worked with us with a down payment more than any other dealership would. I wish I had such a great experience when we purchased our other cars. I will be telling all the people I know about the great experience we had with Richard and the whole sales staff. Also since we didn't bring our trade in car with us they are being great and having us bring in the trade in the very next day and since we left after the detail shop closed Richard told us to bring our new to us car and he will have them wash it to make sure it's looking great for us. Mike Shaw has definitely won this family over. More
