From the start Ms. Tamarin answered my email online. Letting me know that she could help me find a vehicle. Next Ms. Melissa called me and she guided me through a selection of cars online. From there she (melissa) made me an appointment to come in and look at a vehicle. At the dealership I was introduced to Bob, and he had a vehicle waiting for me to look at. While looking at the vehicle Scott came up and introduced himself after tamarin told him I was a customer of hers. After friendly interactions throughout the day (while long)it was very pleasant and I enjoyed working with all of the team members. They in turn introduced me to "Duetch", the finance officer who also made me feel at ease and comfortable and before you know it, I'm driving a beautiful Ford Edge that I couldn't be more happy with. I'm glad They took the time out to work with me from start to finish!!!! More

Rowland was very helpful and friendly when I came into Mike Shaw. He worked with me and tried to help me in any way that he could.
