We had contacted Ferguson's to see if they had any Yukons on the lot. The sales person told us they had one and to come up from Pueblo CO. We got about half way up and he told us he was getting one from Mi on the lot. The sales person told us they had one and to come up from Pueblo CO. We got about half way up and he told us he was getting one from Mike Shaw. We decided to go to Mike Shaw instead of getting the run around from Ferguson's. We meet Laura at the front door. She was very polite and wanted to help us make the deal happen. Laura told us right away they did not have one. Laura and the Sale Manager Rob looked high and low for a 2013 Yukon. They found one in Denver to only find out the next day the Denver dealership sold it. I decided to try and get the Yukon at Medved in Castle Rock. Laura called me back and told me she was just happy that we were able to find a Yukon that we liked. I have never had a sales person done that. It caught me off guard and i thought about it all day. Well Medved dropped the ball. Medved gave me a big run around about my trade and made me drive all the way from Pueblo to Castle Rock to do the deal. Rob had told me earlier that they have a Yukon come in the next couple of weeks and would give me the same price. I called Laura and asked if Rob would give me the same deal that he stated earlier. Laura called me back in ten minutes and said yes he would. We bought the Yukon from Laura and could not be happier.
