I feel like James was a great guy to work with---he was attentive and showed two different cars. He also explained about the car fax and showed me the info on the car that i chose. Received a very friendly greeting from Anastasia. There was no pressure to buy and prices were very competitive! Anastasia went over everything with us in great detail so we knew all charges when we got to was no pressure to buy and prices were very competitive! I was very happy with my visit to Mike Shaw Buick GMC! Laura Eiler went with us on a test drive. She took us on a very through test drive. We went up steep hills, around hair pin turns, went to a parking lot and tried out the back up camera and was able to see how the cross traffic alert worked. It was great. Cindy Knoblock was fantastic in finance. Before we knew it she was all finished and had us set up with a credit union for the amount that we financed. Rob Merrill gaved us a very good price and ordered my mud flaps for me. Everything was fantastic! Thanks so much for helping us get my new 2013 Terrain Denali! I love it! More
